i did a pick up order for drive thru the staff was great and so nice the only thing is when i got home and started to get everything out i notice i was missing one of my meals… so upset because it was mine and i was really craving a kickin chicken sandwich but at least i got my drink

This is sad…. Got a six-piece chicken tenders, but it might as well have been a two-piece because the size of the tenders was so SMALL. Just look at that sad little piece of chicken in that picture. This is not the first time this has happened. This place is already overpriced. I did not know shrinkflation was getting this bad. Ridiculous. Manager trying to get food cost? Cutting tenders in half to cut cost? Sad.

It’s fast food but the quality goes down with each visit. I ordered a Zak Snak…it looks like it was picked over. Fries are greasy and soggy, no napkins and my drink tastes like the soda machine was out.

The food was great and was made promptly, but for some reason the floor is always really slippery, probably from grease. I got the Big Zax Snak with sweet tea, and I can highly recommend it as I’ve been getting this meal for years.
