good was fine and usually fast delivery being less than a mile from the location. this time thou, and mind you so far the inly bad experience ive had, I couldnt even get an answer when trying to call to correct the problem. nothing horrid. ordered two pizzas for delivery. both were good. Just did. put onions on either and no green peppers on the other. wasn’t gonna complain just ask for some frre bread the next visit or extra some free garlic butter. no money or refund. couldnt even get an answer on the phone.thought about driving down bit kinda defeats the purpose of the delivery cha r ge then. too bad too. o pizza was good. would’ve been better with onions and peppers lol

Please for future reference teach your delivery drivers if they have to open a gate to deliver to the porch to please close that gate back. Our dog was missing for an hour before we found him, because an unclosed gate, after pizza was delivered.

Perhaps it’s my fault for ordering Domino’s for mother’s day. Ordered cheesy bread or should I say uncheesy bread, pepperoni pizza with cheddar blend, and cheesy chicken bites. There had to be a cheese shortage the way they skimped on cheese on everything. I only took a picture of the “cheesy” bread.

Kayla is the sweetest and most professional manager/ employee. She definitely leads from the front. Never ordering her employees around, but rather expediting and coordinating with calm, assertive respect. Store is always clean (100% on health inspections), my orders are always made exactly to my specifications (and if not they will correct on the spot). Outstanding run establishment that every Domino’s employee should be proud to be a part of!

Order a large pizza and 2 liter soda. Waited the average 30 minutes to get it delivered. The driver was polite but informed me that the 2 liter was not packed with the rest of my order and he would have to come back with it after retrieving it from the store. 40 minutes after he left I called the store to confirm he was coming back with it and was told they were packing it up now and throwing in a 20. Oz for my inconvenience. It’s now been 40 minutes after I’ve called and still haven’t received anything. Everyone I spoke with was polite and understanding and I tried to be the same back, but after an hour and a half of receiving my pizza, I’ve given up hope that I’ll get the rest of my order. It’s disappointing that I’ve have such a bad experience over $2.80.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s on Oak Ridge Turnpike in Oak Ridge, TN, for years, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered two large pizzas, and one of them was dry, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours—completely inedible for my family.
I called the next day to address the issue, and someone confirmed I could pick up a replacement. However, when I arrived, the staff claimed they knew nothing about the call and refused to provide a replacement. The manager, Matt, was incredibly unprofessional, repeatedly interrupted me, and insisted they wouldn’t replace the pizza because I didn’t call the same day. Instead, I was offered a measly 50% discount, which was insulting given the circumstances.
This experience showed a complete lack of customer care and accountability. I expected much better from Domino’s. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon!

I just placed an order online everything went fine until it hit quality check and I’ve been waiting 40 mins for my pizza I called and they said I never placed an order told me to reorder put me on hold and hung up on me the absolute disrespect to just hang up without even fixing the issue. Fix your customer service!

I ordered online and got a medium pizza with sausage, green peppers, extra cheese, a garlic cup, and cinnamon twists. Everything arrived about 30 minutes late and was cold. In addition, I received just a cheese pizza and cinnamon twists…nothing else. I had called the store to notify them that their app marked my order as complete, when it wasn’t and they weren’t much help either. Definitely not ordering from this location again. Even if you try the “report issue” feature, you still can’t receive a full refund.
