Placed our order through uber tonight. Ordered 4 kids meals, A salad with extra blue cheese dressing, a chicken finger plate with extra Zac sauce, and Two sweet teas. All that we got was the kids meals and an unsweetened tea. All with bbq but whatever. Had to reorder mine and my husbands meals and drinks.
Here’s where I know this was intentional. We got our food. But there was less than half the amount of salad supposed to be in the bowl and Honey mustard dressing. It’s a buffalo blue salad. But ok. The chicken finger plate had two chicken fingers and crumbs that I guess was supposed to be the other chicken fingers. The ONE drink we received was a peach tea. ATP it’s intentional and yall were intentionally messing with the food and drinks because you have to add the peach flavoring into the drink. Maybe yall should go find new jobs since this one’s too much for yall.

So a co-worker and myself order food from zaxby’s, and I will upload the. Receipt and the time. and I got the loaded bacon, ranch. fries, and I’m just trying to figure out what’s going on with them. I would have never served anybody nothing like this. Who’s supposed to eat that? Don’t even look appealing to eat. I’ve called this place several times and i’m not getting any one on the line to address my concerns about this food.

we both order & paid $10.76 for the Asian salad-the only thing I eat from here.
I received a half full salad with one tender that wasn’t even diced properly no salad dressing that goes on the side
I informed Mr. Henry, he tells me the salad is full he’s not giving me anymore lettuce or chicken for my salad. I got a refund immediately. My co worker kept her salad
after reading the reviews online a refund is more important than customer service
I see why he’s in the back working his attitude was terrible no customer service skills at all

The portion sizes were very generous and price was fair for quality. It was a very enjoyable dining experience. The Bleu salad was very delicious with blackened chicken, but the Texas toast was smaller than usual. Customer service was excellent; the hot foods were served together. The salad was brought to the table later. Tea as usual was very tasty. Will return again.

Ordered a simple order of fried pickles and not only were they fried, they were dehydrated! They cooked them so long that they were more like potato chips than pickles. They were so dry, burnt and SALTY that they were inedible. After waiting 20 minutes for them i expected them to be cooked correctly and that’s not what happened here.

This nonsense cost $14, and they call it a meal. Every other meal has fries. I looked forward to Zaxby’s when I got here because we have none back home. NEVER AGAIN!
