So I eat at McDonalds very rarely these days due to never getting fresh hot food at any of them. I stopped here hoping to get lucky and at least get fresh fries and a good coke… everything was hot, fresh and delicious! We were lazy/responsible drinkers and doordashed 2 -20 piece mcnuggest and 2- baskets of fries(equivalent to 2 mediums) and we took advantage of the FREE 10 piece for our order over $15…thanks doordash! BUT! WE ONLY RECEIVED ONE 20 PIECE AND A 10 PIECE WITH OUR FRIES! Edible it was but the quantity received did NOT MATCH THE ORDER…..It may have been an oversight by McDonald’s or the driver got a FREE 20 piece lol #DUNNO JUST SAYING! We are satisfied ish…but …missing 20 nuggies!

We both asked for big Breakfast, neither of us wanted pancakes. We got 3 each. It was suppose to come with orange juice didn’t get it. I had to go all for it. The staff was polite. Plenty of parking. They need to learn to listen better to what is being ordered.

I’m from WF, but work here in Vernon. I’ve never really had a bad experience, but today was pretty good experience . The workers were nice and friendly. The DT was pretty quick. And the food was good. Keep it up!

Generally I like McDonalds and the price at this particular chain is great, but the staff needs to be trained further.
They forget something every single time. Today they forgot the fries with a burger and fries combination meal. One time they forgot the chicken nuggets on a chicken nugget happy meal.
If you order around 5pm you’ll have the worst food you’ve ever had from a McDonald’s. I get theyre probably pre-cooking because to be fair they are slammed around 5pm, but the food is just so stale and horrible.
“Do you want mcdonalds?” “Sure, but let’s wait for a while, its 5 so bad food.” is a common conversation exchange in our house.
The ironic part? We didnt order at 5 to make sure we got fresh fries, the fries they forgot.
Yes we do get a refund every time, but it is getting sad.

Super friendly staff and our order arrived piping hot and quickly! Love being a part of the McDonald’s points group because you always are rewarded when you stop there! A super nice lady delivered my egg McMuffins at the counter!

Order was wrong took over a half hour to get correct chicken sandwich. Offered refund but had to be handled by shift manager. Waited another 20 minutes then told a second time had to be credited back to card which I was fine with. But was going to have to wait longer for them to deal with it. I told them forget it and That I won’t be back.

Enroute to Dallas and had a snack attack. For a quick picker upper MCD is a fast easy choice. Plus, easy on/off of the highway.
Okay here we go… Where is the justice? My wife got a really good looking affordable chicken wrap . Why just chicken? Where’s the beef wrap? Is it about being healthy? A deep fried chicken tender cannot be better for u than a beef patty wrap! Come on MCD step outside of the box. Chicken is a loser meal, beef is where it’s at.
P.S. this location needs to step up their game and do a better job on cleaning the restrooms.

Solid two-star McDonald’s. Order delivered by surly young lady minus drink cups. Back through the line to get cups. To the drink station to find out it doesn’t have the tea I ordered. Back through the line. Sat down and wife asked “do they have salt?” Nope, nor ketchup, not self-serve anyway. Not going through the line a third time. Did without.
