I’ve been coming here for years and the service hasn’t always been great, but today Tiffany really stood out. I’m only giving five stars because of Tiffany’s customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was right with my order before I drove off, making sure I had everything I needed, and I truly appreciated her today. That said, this location seriously needs to work on customer service overall. Majority of the younger employees could definitely use more guidance because the attitudes lately haven’t been great!

I had a great experience at this Zaxby’s! The employees Tiffany, Bo, nayda and more were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the manager was kind and professional. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back!

The food was hot and fresh, especially the French fries. Service was quick and courteous. We ordered 2 Big Zax Snack Meals. Reasonable price for the amount of food that we got. The person in the drive through was nice. They were friendly and was courteous. We used the drive thru.

Store was welcoming, Marc was helpful and even made me laugh. Food was hot and fresh. Tiffany made sure I was taken care of immediately. Atmosphere was fun and positive. Enjoyed my lunch here very much.

Avoid this place. They charged my card and I showed them clear as day, my payment went through. These morons claimed the payment didnt go through. I will be doing a charge back and showing proof my payment was received. Also the lady in the glasses needs to be fired once I show proof on here. By far the worst location in north Atlanta and that is saying a lot. The level of competency of the staff is such a poor reflection on the chain and the other owners who truly value their franchise. I typically try not to post reviews with such disdain but this particular location has provided all the necessary motivation. I will update the review with the complications upon the arrival of a solution, providing one is granted.

This Zaxby’s in Doravile.ianby far the worst service Zaxby’s I ever stoped. This is my favorite chain for lunch wile on the road.
I’ll never stop by this location anymore and I encourage people not to stop there there is lots of better Zaxby’s where customers service is a priority.
The sad part is I left a not on thier website a the manager ( supposedly) that I don’t believe to be a manager call me to discuss my complaint and made things worst. Next time don’t call if you don’t have customer service skills
Soni order a salad and grill chicken and I got a salad and a fried chicken. I ask for a lemonade and the attendant told me he did not understand that will be another $1.00 . Nest time train tour people to multi task or just have them handle a customer at the time .
