DELIVERY POST Okay first the ladies that are working here are super fantastic but the manager saying you can’t have a drink carrier unless you have three drinks as ridiculous because how are we supposed to carry them up to the house with a bag of food and two drinks then let’s recognize that the napkins, straws and spoon are not even in the bag.. poor CS skills.
Nope I take that back one of the ladies that came out to give me the second order.. really. Im.going to try to be nice.

Telling me that DD is my job and I need to supply a drink carrier. She said just like she has an apron. Ummmm the company supplies that for you. DD doesn’t do such. Plus its SONICS CS responsibility to give THE CUSTOMER (no matter who they are) the equipment to supply the best service. I mean come on she can’t really think what she said made any sense, can she??

I don’t get a very long lunch break at work so usually I don’t go anywhere. Needless to say if I DO go somewhere like Sonic and try 3 different order stalls to order and 15 minutes later I end up driving away and they don’t answer the phone either, it’s disappointing to say the least. I hadn’t been going there at all until someone gave me a gift card so had been trying them out, and this was the third time going, so normally I’d say 2 normal experiences out of 3 isn’t horrible but as I said I’m not given much time so when it’s wasted it bothers me. Once my gift card is used up I won’t be going back, might even just give the card away to someone who is willing to put up with whatever is going on there.

I love sonics, but the biggest issue is keep running into is their sauces. I recently ordered some food and my sauces I got were 12 ranches, 2 buffalo ranch, 2 ketchup, and 2-3 jalapeño ranch. I got a total of 1 ranch and 3 ketchup. Nothing close to my original request of the sauces, this is not a one time accurance. It happens EVERYTIME I order or eat there.

I’ve never really had a problem with this sonic, but tonight i got a shake, and it was not good at all!! The icecream tasted like chemicals, and the cookie dough wasn’t mixed in, just sprinkled on top. I’m not sure what this issue was, but I was disappointed

Decent fast food. Clean and well-run Sonic with the usual excellent drink selection and pretty good food. My personal favorites are the mozzarella sticks, chili cheese tots and hot dogs. The toddler also loves the chicken strips and tots.

Love the onion rings! I consider them the BEST in Arizona!! Absolutely yummy!!
+JMJ. UPDATE. Monday 19 September 2022. It has been years since I last ate at SONIC. Love their hamburgers and the onion rings. Though there are onion rings on the burger, they didn’t have any as a separate order. That was OK because the fried onions on the burger were delicious. And, the French fries were piping hot. The burger was very good, just oozing with cheese. Was a good enough after work meal.

I love going to this sonic. It is my favorite lunch place. Usually it’s quick in order and done. Ever since they put in those dang park and eat spots though you can’t even find a spot to order without getting out in this 102°f that is not an option. Come on like who really is gonna get their food and move out of the way to eat it? If you’re moving you might as well head home! I’ve gone to this sonic before the park and eat spots were installed and every stall was full, but everyone could order!!! This is ridiculous! Why are half the spots park and eat?!?
