i ordered my food online roughly 40 mins before making it to the restaurant. after i got there i still had to wait another 20 for my order to be ready and this is what i was served. not sure what’s wrong with that afternoon crew but they need to get it together

This is the worst Zaxby’s location ever! The customer is truly terrible! The employees are rude including management! Daniel is the only employee at this location who has great customer service! From start to finish my experience was terrible! The young lady working outside taking orders barely spoke. The wait to get to window was about 5 minutes while waiting I saw the menu because my order was taken before I could see the menu anyways I saw a frozen strawberry lemonade I wanted to try. Well when I got to window a young lady with bright yellow hair and extremely long unkempt acrylic nails note that some were missing was rude told me I could not add on to me order. When I received my drinks the ice had already melted so I asked her for new drinks she took the drinks and told me to pull up. Well I pulled up a young man came to my car with drinks. Instead of making new drinks I was handed back the same watered down drinks from the first time. This is not the first I have received horrible customer service here but I can ensure it will be the last time because I will no longer support this location. Which is truly sad because it is a part of my community. The food sucks the service sucks I hope they his location closes or gets a new staff!! Don’t waste your hard earned money here to be treated poorly!

This is and odd location honestly. I’ve gone to a lot of zaxbys and this is the only one where I’ve had to go through extensive scrutiny when it comes to fast food. If I go three times a week at least two of the times my food order is incorrectly made. I have decided most times when I go to keep it simple. Only order fries and the chicken sandwich. Surely you can’t make that wrong which to date they haven’t. If I order a salad of any kind from them it’s wrong. Something is added or if I take something off when ordering they don’t take it off period. Seems a little chaotic in the back when they are getting people’s orders together while I’m waiting. I used to go through the drive thru but if they can get my order right while I’m ordering at the counter there’s no way I’m going go grab it from my car and risk it being wrong without checking it and holding up the drive thru line. Even after getting the food they usually fail to give you the basic things you need. I ordered a salad…. No salad dressing…. You charged me for extra sauces… No sauces… No fork for my salad… I guess I can eat it like a cow. As always the food is good if you get what you want but they need to tweak the service a little bit.

The only reason to go here is the location which is close to my home! The health rating is 91 (must be a family member in the Health Dept, b/c the seating area is never clean); service is always the WORST. I can never understand why so many staff are standing around or sitting in the restaurant eating area while service is slow. The young “thunder cats” have no concept of customer service. I happen to like the simple items so they get away with the terrible service!

If your a curser and haven’t cursed in a while go here! If you dont cursed do not go here. This place would rather run the location with inadequate staff instead of closing for the evening and but out a bad product. This was my FIRST and LAST visit to this location….. Upper management if you all need a location to close. This would be my recommendation. My entire experience was horrible then when I spoke with the manager I understood why.

The drive through is very slow. We pulled out of line and ordered online. The website told us our meals would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited outside for 10 minutes and went in and found my order was not ready. However,it was placed in the pick-up shelf about 5 minutes later. Meanwhile,the same cars were still in line at the drive through. We like Zaxby’s food and for the most part,their prices are in line. I had no interaction with the staff on this trip,but we did receive all our order this time without a hitch.

I am disappointed at the way this Zaxby’s are doing customers. Although the cashier was very polite I was charged an upsize price on the Big Zax Snack, when I inquired about the extra charge she said that’s what they were doing today. That is an unfair practice towards the customers and should not be thought of. Some customers have a budget and I could have said never mind and went to another restaurant. I have decided not to frequent this Zaxby’s anymore.

I have not had Zaxbys in a very long time, but decided to try them since they were close. I went through the drive-thru & the cashier gave a very welcoming greeting! She was helpful and patient! When I got to the window, she had a big smile and provided awesome customer service!

My food was cooked fresh and was delicious! I would have preferred my wings to be cooked a bit harder, but they were still good!

I was totally disgusted with the Cobb Salad. The chicken was dried out. Tomatoes old and the toast was missing . Ordered vinaigrette dressing and received Ranch instead. I ordered a root beer and received a Coke instead. I will not Ever go to this restaurant again.

12-13-18 – Out with my family at this location. Restaurant and areas were clean, staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It wasn’t too crowded, but had a steady stream of people coming and going. They have electronic napkins and a credit card reader at the Ellenwood location. Ordered House Salad Fried (2), Nibblers Meal, and fries. Food came out in a timely manner and was hot. The fries didn’t have any seasoning, so used ketchup. Ordered, another Nibblers Meal for my other son who was not there, and was mistakenly given to another patron. Another one was made, and extra Zaxbys sauce was included. Very pleased with the service, and food was fine.
