Ordered 5 finger plate lemon pepper wings extra fries no coleslaw and they only gave me 4 tenders. I tried to call up there for an hour but the phone was busy. So i paid for 5 chicken fingers and only received 4. Took a picture of it before my husband ate anything. Ordered a 4 finger plate meal as well.
The cashier says, we are out of small cups, so i will have to charge you for a medium cup, is that okay. I told him no thank you. Just make my meal a large.
How are you going to charge me for a medium drink because your ordering manager did not order enough small cups. No thanks. He said he was just doing what the manager told him.

This is not one of Zaxby’s best, this is the saddest salad I have ever gotten at ANY Zaxby’s!!! Grilled chicken house salad….out of tomatoes (which was fine-I didn’t want them anyway) but the lettuce tastes like it’s dirty and the chicken tastes old and dry…I paid for 4 EXTRA dressings and I got only 4?!?! Not going back though, and it was not busy!

This dont make any sense. My food taste old and dry. The whole time im in drive thru you can hear the babies playing instead of working. No one wants to spend money and horrible food. Where are my fries and fresh food. A waste!

I had been to this location before but this time was awful! They were very busy but unorganized. Taking orders, had people to park and wait. The servers didn’t know what car to take the food to. They had great attitudes. The worst part was the food…The Chicken! The food was hot freshly cooked but the oil was old and had not been changed in several days. I was so disappointed in this visit. I forgot to take pictures of the food. I had purchased 2 Zax Snaks meals because I had a coupon to get one free, that was a waste. I couldn’t give a review because I was not given a receipt. I would like me money back because I wanted my food to be fresh.

I ordered a House Salad and I got a whole bunch of lettuce, about 3 cucumbers,a couple of slice tomatoes, and maybe 2 strips…this is the worst salad I have ever received from Zaxby’s. The reviews below mine are accurate. They have you pay for the food at the window and then pull you up to park to protect the drive thru time. When I got there nobody was in line so i thought it was just slow, no, they made everybody park. I ordered my food at 11:28am and received the entire order at 11:58am, I talked to the manager and she couldn’t have cared less. Customer service is just getting so sad all around, but this was the worst experience i’ve ever had.

Would not go here again. Would give it less than 1 star if possible. I’ve been here twice with issues both times. Last time the guy handed me a drink with the lid off and spilled the drink on my arm and on the inside of my vehicle. He handed me my food and turned around and walked off. No I’m sorry or here are some napkins. Just wake away like nothing happened. Very unprofessional. Will never eat here again.

It never fails at this location. They are always making mistakes and forgetting items all the time. I went this evening and I waited a lil while for my food. Okay. So young man brings my food out. I asked are the sauces in the bag and he says yes. WRONG. I get home and No sauces are in the bag. Now I know that majority of the meals come with dipping sauce but clearly they want us to eat our food dry. I wonder if they eat their chicken strips dry . That’s why I like going to Fayetteville Zaxbys because they don’t miss items that customers paid for to have.

We dined at Zaxby’s and were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. Jay provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and professional. He made sure our order was accurate and perfectly prepared. We also appreciated how he consistently checked on tables to ensure guests had everything they needed. Excellent experience all around!
