The white cheddar mac and cheese is so good! Our server was so nice but disappeared for a long time and we had to ask another server for refills after more than 20 minutes. Not really a terrible experience and I’m sure we’ll go back.

I go to Chili’s quite often, and tonight I ordered food delivered via door dash.. the dasher was fine nothing wrong on this part, everyone’s food was ok except my burger.. I ordered a bacon burger and got a raw burger instead… It was gross, so pink, I threw it away. Made me sick. They clearly didn’t check it to make sure it was cooked. At least my fries were good. LoL wish I could post a picture of the raw burger on here. . . Do better Chili’s cook! It’s only the cooks fault, usually the staff is great when I go in person. . Guess I should have ordered the pasta , oh well.

Went yesterday and ordered a steak medium rare. Once it got to the table it was still red and blue in the middle and tough. Beyond undercooked. Sent it back and received another one in the same state. Sent that one back as well. Asked to speak to the manager and she came over stating “this is the first time I heard about this and I’m sorry” and then left. Had no interest in our problem and offered no assistance. So I finally received my third steak that was cooked to perfection. Asked the server if we can get this item removed from the check and he offered to speak to a different manager. Came back with 15 dollar gift cards (nowhere near the amount of the meal) and we sent him back because we wouldn’t be coming back. We told him we just wanted it removed from our meal and call it a day. He went and talked to the manager and knocked it off our ticket. Why not do that from the beginning? Why make the server go out of his way multiple times to fix a company issue? We tipped him well and went on our way. Until chilis fixes their poor management and poor service, I will not be back. It wouldn’t have been a problem had the manager stated the cook was new and was learning. I would have been understanding but I felt like I was a hassle in their eyes. Also it wasn’t just me that had a issue, a table near us sent back a steak too.

We decided to eat here while staying at the Great Wolf Lodge.
The food is delicious and really affordable. The house margarita is super tasty!
We also got the molten chocolate cake for dessert, talk about delicious!
They seat you quickly and the waiters/servers are very attentive. Overall great experience ! Wish we had one in our hometown !

Edit 8/6/24: had my cheesecake from Take and Go on the 4th – my mom and I shared it since it was such a big sized slice! Not overly sweet and rich with a beautiful strawberry glaze to top it all off!

Chilis has always been my go to for a casual sit down and recently they have improved their designs and food options. The prices are very reasonable. The waiters were great and the food was delicious as usual.

The nachos were awesome, the steak was ok, the half lemonade half tea wasn’t sweet enough, the server was kind and patient. The soup was great. We had a good meal and for a good price. The side of fries was a bit small.
