The manager was working the drive thru. She was very rude as I was ordering. I came in to simply ask for corporates number in which the attitude continued. I was very calm. She then turns around and gives me a fake iPhone number to corporate. This lady needs to step down as she is a bad representation of the whole ZAXBYs brand. she also gave me a fake store number as well.

Came around 4:05 ordered traditional wings they gave me boneless and gave me like 3 wings at that. They take forever to make food and barely give you any food, let alone can they hear you, seems like they just hire anyone seeming how they can barely follow simple instructions

Nothing’s more frustrating than having the app encourage you to build up points and here’s a reward and then it doesn’t work. This location didn’t seem to have the slightest on how these apps work (and didn’t seem to care) to redeem the free shake and it didn’t matter because the free shake offer between December 1st and December 3rd isn’t worth anything when their shake machine is down. I was less than impressed with this visit. I ordered my food on the app and I don’t like the new app, it seemed very glitchy. I forgot something on my order and tried to add it after I had placed my order but it wouldn’t let me add anything or place another order. I went inside to pick up my food and still had to place an order for the item. The size for the “shareables” is getting smaller, barely a shareable size anymore, and I was very disappointed about the lack of sauce for them. They don’t have marinara for the cheese bites anymore and they had made little ramekin cups of ranch for the fried pickles and there was barely enough ranch to cover the bottom of the cup. Very stingy and for the price it shouldn’t be that way. Makes me not want to come back. Plus they didn’t have any drink holders so it’s a good thing I brought my daughter in with me or I’d be trying to carry 3 bags of food and 4 drinks to the car by myself.

We had a great experience this time. We had a BOGO offer on the app so we ordered that before we left the house. When we got to Zaxby’s the drive thru line was super long so we went inside. While in there we ordered another chicken finger combo, an order of fried pickles, an order of white cheddar bites and 3 cookies. The order we placed on the app was ready when we got there and everything was correct and it was hot and fresh. They did forget a piece of toast on my chicken finger combo but they fixed it right away. All of the employees seemed friendly and didn’t get annoyed when I kept going up there asking for things. There was a guy walking around the restaurant making sure all the tables were cleaned off and the drink station was straightened up. He was doing a very good job.

I tried the fried shrimp meal today. It was pretty good and the new sauce paired well with it. It came with fries, toast and a drink for $10.

I came in tonight to pick up my mobile order and there was a mix up with my order. The closing shift came in and SWIFTLY and rectified the issue. That alone gets them 5 stars from me. The food was also fresh and flavorful. Thanks!

Their food is usually pretty good. Service has always been slow, but they are always busy which is good for the corporate franchise.
Waiting on carry out food that was preordered via the app for a total of about 45-minutes, receiving cold food, and driving home 30 more minutes to eat cold food with food missing is thievery.
While I realize how busy this restaurant is after years of being their customer as well as how they are adapting to the stress of the pandemic and lack of people who actually want to work, I cannot not give them a great review.
The manager was gracious and working her a$$ off. She was doing everything she could to keep her customers served in a timely manner. This is no way lack of management skills. She offered to help rectify this situation; however, I am relocating & will not be able to return anytime soon. This is poor work ethic on the part of predominantly young staff. Clearly they are understaffed and dealing with heavy traffic.
We have to learn how to adapt to the current health crisis and change in the way that we serve the public.

Every time I’ve come here it’s a ridiculous wait time. They always get my order wrong, and the food quality is crap. Save yourself some time and go to the one near Ingles or the drive thru only one on Taylor st.

I ordered there boneless wings for the first time ever absolutely the worst it was hardly any chicken they took forever with the food just for it to be served cold i ordered a 5 piece ate 2 1/2 of what i could and have food poisoning now. I don’t recommend the bone less wings here NEVER AGAIN.

After having to wait for 10 minutes from my salad, they delivered it with dressing cups instead of the packets. The cups are 2 oz the packets are also too ounces but these cups were not full. I paid for extra dressing and waited patiently when they finally delivered the salad after making me pull up and wait they argue with me about the dressing and absolutely refused to give me one more dressing to make up for the empty dressings they gave me. The lady in the back did not know I was inside and did not know I was listening to her talk complain and be extremely unprofessional the entire time about a 25-cent dressing. Finally they continue to argue with me until the point that I just asked for a refund and left. I asked for a number to call corporate or their franchise owner and they refused to give me the number. Don’t bother going to this one if you can help it go to one of the ones with better customer service
