Zaxby’s never misses! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the Zax Sauce takes it to another level. The fries are always seasoned just right, and the toast is that perfect buttery touch to finish the meal. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the restaurant is always clean. I recently visited Zaxby’s and had a really positive experience. The team was attentive and kept the line moving, so the speed of service was great. My order was accurate, hot, and fresh, and everything was packaged neatly. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome from start to finish.
The dining area was clean and organized, which shows they care about the customer experience. Overall satisfaction was definitely a 5/5 for me. I’ll be coming back again soon

Every time I come here, the customer service is poor. The people that take orders in the drive thru are great, but at the window, they have bad attitudes. The staff continually provide old food unless you ask for fresh food. I stopped coming to this location because of this, and I decided I’d try again today. Well I tried the lemon pepper chicken strips and they were fresh, but the fries were hot, but tasted old. I went inside and asked for fresh fries. They took my whole plate back and dropped my fries and chicken strips in hot oil and gave it back to me. The strips were drenched in oil. I showed them the plate and they stated at me like mimes. I explained I wanted fresh fries, and instead of making them again, the right way, he says he made fresh fries. To avoid being further upset and so that I could eat lunch that was actually appetizing, I requested my money back. It’s not actually this hard to get it right the first time. There were over 10 people working in the store (I counted while waiting on my refund), and the least they could do is make fresh food. I mean, it’s lunch time. SMH AGAIN.

Stopped in after work use my app to order the food pull up to the driveway a nice young lady by name of Natalia Greeted me with a smile and spoke she had really good customer service very pleasant, thought I was at Chick-fil-A for a minute lol. I have visited this particular restaurant on several occasions. Always enjoyed the customer service. However my last several visits were not to my liking. For starters their drink machine was not serving all drink flavors. They also must have been out of ranch sauce, because we were given ranch sauce in a clear plastic container. My wife also was disappointed at how skimpy the wings looked. Overall none of this was to our satisfaction and to make a long drive back to the restaurant was not in my time schedule. Very disappointed

Everytime I come to this location it’s wrapped around the building with cars. This morning they were not open like they were suppose to be. I came 30 minutes after the open,no one answered me when I tried to place a order after 5 mins of waiting I pull to the window,I said are yall not open she said yeah we just still setting up. She takes my order has me pull down. After 10 mins of waiting she’s serving others they food,15 mins go by she realizes im still waiting and finally brings me some cold old food because my food had been sitting out while she served everyone else. I took it back to the window,she tells me I gotta wait again for fresh food. At this point I asked for a refund. If you cant multitask without forgetting someone elses food DONT DO IT! The manager didn’t do anything to make it right. Out of all zaxbys locations ive been to this is by far one of the worst locations EVER! Corporate needs to come in and clean house! This restaurant isn’t being ran right and the employees do not care about good customer service.
