The store is overall clean and nice. The lady at the counter doesn’t speak great English, she interrupted me to ask me for my name. Felt rude but maybe a language barrier, I dunno. I got the loaded fries with Zac sauce instead of ranch, which is what I normally get. The fries were definitely over seasoned and the amount of sauce was just over bearing. Definitely was a miss this time. I go to this one because it’s close to work but I think I would avoid it and just to go to the Zaxby’s closer to my home.

I just went here a few days ago. The food was good and the service was good. Although the table looked a little sticky, the experience was good. If you are looking for a drive thru or to sit down and eat. Then I would recommend this place.

Have asked multiple time for super crispy almost burnt fries and end up recieving the same soggy fries you normally end up with. I’m not saying it hasn’t been done correctly in prior events but happens more often then none just for my request to be ignored. Today even my girlfriend kicken chicken sandwich was so soggy she couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart. I’m not trying to bash them for this but everything has gotten to expensive for you not to get what you ask for….Also I tried to go back for the replacement I was promised and told they wouldn’t honor that because of the 2 month time frame last time I’ll go to this zaxbys ever.

This was my first time here as well… it was more breakfast but they open at 11am.. so it was more a brunch I guess. This place was clean clean… inside and out. Restroom was clean and didnt smell at all. Everyone was professional and nice as well. Great experience for my first visit. I will stop here (maybe a different location) but I will eat Zaxbys Chicken again.

This is the third time we go to this location to have lunch our experience was bad as the other ones the food was really cold and the server was awful we asked to remake our food and apparently they say yes but when we got our food it was super cold the Hispanic lady has a really bad customer service. Definitely not coming back.

Have had too many mixed visits to this place to offer a higher rating. I’ve finally decided to review now that I’ve had too many similar problems. Very simple order: Big Zax Snack Meal. I ordered two of them and upgraded one of them to a large fry. Not only did they give me the normal amount of fries for both meals but they didn’t include the toast on one of the meals. They also didn’t give me the sauces I requested. This is the kind of issue you can regularly expect at this location. The staff are nice enough but their ability to meet the order that was placed is a complete coin toss.

Great service and folks most of the times i have been. I am starting to see a trend though of places going cheap and cutting corners. Fries….chicken strip size…this don’t look like a 14 dollar plate of food upsized…as i usually don’t do coleslaw and will substitute a 2nd piece of toast. Fix this zaxbys

This Zaxby’s is always great. The food is always perfect and the service is fast and friendly. Stopping by for a salad through the drive-thru after visiting the gym next door was always so convenient and quick. I stopped in today for a drink and the employee who helped me was so nice and helpful. Great work! Highly recommended!

I never been so disgusted… I gave them a call after this happen. And I wasn’t rude at all, I just told then that they just need to do a better job on doing temperature check and all they said was “okay” then “bye”. I never got an apology or anything, definitely wasnt concerned. Only two words came out of his mouth…
