I’m not sure what happened today, but the entire experience was horrible. The line seemed to stretch for miles, and I was stuck there forever. After finally getting my coffee/food, I was highly disappointed with the taste of the food (burnt bagel, smashed potatoes, etc.) hope they can improve things for future customers. I will not be returning and wasting my hard earned money.

Took my son in here this morning for a surprise breakfast before school. Donuts and coffee, right?! Nope. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, no one but him and I in there as customers. At least 4 employees walked by the front register. Not one employee greeted me, said “ we will be with you shortly”, nothing just ignored our entire existence. Luckily the marathon Next door sells donuts and chocolate milk. New display looked nice, just would have been cool to get something out of it…..

This is the 2nd time I’ve stopped here on my way to Knox and I’ll never stopped again. The 1st time I stopped the girl at the counter seemed extremely annoyed that I asked for some donuts. Once I got the donuts they were extremely dry and old. I just thought I’d give them another chance weeks later and same experience. Rude young girls that work there and the donuts were hard as a rock. I’ll never waste my time or money again.

I love Dunkin! The drinks are always so nice! But the donuts on the other hand are always so dry and old looking. The past couple of times I’ve ordered donuts here, they were either out or they were crunchy and old. I will stick with only getting drinks from here. The staff are always so nice and quick though.
Edit to add: customer service sucks and instead of voicing what they’re feeling, they should just offer a resolution.
