Save your money and time and never come here. To start, every counter and table was covered in some sort of dirty food and sticky residue almost like they use the same old dishtowel to wipe down every surface. The biggest issue was the unbelievably rude staff, cold food and the 4 tenders and abysmal cold fries I got for 13 dollars. Honestly it was such a bad experience I’ll never go to another Zaxby’s for the rest of my life. It was so awful I immediately asked for a refund and the manager rudely refused. Friday October 31st around 1pm. Seriously you will regret coming here, youve been warned.

Not sure if the owner is going broke or just doesn’t mind being a “bottom of the barrel” fast food restaurant. My wife ordered the club sandwich and fries. She got a few COLD fries and only pickles and sauce on the sandwich, not only that, the chicken breast was cut in half. I ordered the wings and things which was also cold. The wings were fried to an absolute crisp and dry as hell. We also got my son the three five finger plate. It was decent minus the chill too the meal. All of this cost right at $40. Not only would I have been more satisfied but I would have saved money if I would’ve just went to McDonald’s. Maybe the franchise owner shouldn’t own a fast food franchise. By the quality of the food the owner is sending out of the store I’m thinking maybe a trash pick up service or something along those lines. Not food! The Zaxby’s in Jasper, GA on Bill Wigington Pkwy is trash. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Tonight at about 8:05 we came in after trick or treating and ordered a kids grilled cheese meal, a signature sandwich meal and 2 chicken bacon ranch fries. There was a line when we got there which was expected with it being Halloween night. I ordered for dine in and paid by 8:15pm. They were by no means extremely busy but were moderately busy. I was expecting it to take anywhere from 15 to 25 min tops to get our food. After about 55 minutes we finally got our food and they had bagged it togo as well. I assume they wanted us to take it home because it was after 9pm by this time. There was so much talking and cutting up, no wonder it took an hour to get our food! This is nonsense and if you are at work you should do more working than cutting up. I myself am a talker and don’t talk as much as these people were! On top of that there was barely any cheese on my loaded fries. Other than that the food was great. I have attached pictures of the food, the receipt and the ticket that is placed on a Togo bag to show what is inside. The times are on those both.

Don’t bother coming here. My food came out COLD and I got about 10 fries. Taco was made with an old salad and had cucumbers on it. It was $15 I’ll never get back. They had no ice so no drinks. Very disappointing. This location should be shut down.

Wow Zaxbys, you might as well shut down your Jasper location. First customers in the door at 10:30am and every table so nasty you dont want to even set down all the employees standing around in a group on their phones and the one person taking our order when asked if I can make my fries the loaded fries Im told no thats not an option then we go to the drink station and nothing works at all and sorry to bother the staff to fix the problem and get us drinks from the back not to mention the food was cold and nasty which not even sure how thats possible because you just opened and no one else even in the store. And this is probably the 5th bad experience we have had and there wont be another for sure . We should have known better.

*Update* a year later nothing has changed other than getting smaller portions. Don’t fall for the go big option it’s a running joke between me and my wife that we get two big Zax snacks here and go big on one of them knowing the will both have about 8-10 fries in them. This place is a joke still

No offer for a refund or solution or even a sorry. Tea was on the verge of sour. We upsized one meal to share with the kids and it was still only half full of fries. The place is always dirty and service is slow. Not sure if this franchise owner is just a super cheapskate or what but I won’t be sad if this location ends up going under.

Out of all the Zaxby’s I have been to this one is the worst. I got a house zalad and asked for extra cucumber. I didn’t get the extra but I got huge chuck of cucumber and quartered tomatoes, not diced. And the salad itself was about half the size for any other location. Don’t waste you money here go to a different one!!!

I had ordered a boneless wings meal with teriyaki and when I got home they weren’t even sauced? I called them and they argued with me and stated they did because they had a manager on the line. I said I understood that but my wings were not tossed and the woman I talked to put me on a board to fix the problem but was extremely rude. I never got a receipt or the name of the woman I talked to. Never going here again. I understand the inevitable happens but arguing with me when I was being polite is out of hand.

First was Popeyes guarantee you mark my word this place will be next literally bought two salads two big Zac snacks and four extra chicken tenders. I asked for four extra sauce and six extra ranch dressing I get home. There is one ranch dressing packet in the bag and zero Zac sauce When I was charged almost $10 extra and didn’t get either one The problem is the only people that wanna work in fast food or the people that are too lazy to do real jobs And that’s kind of crazy because we’re putting the worst workers in charge of stuff we put in our body, but I will leave this review. Nothing will be done about it because the Zaxby’s corporation makes enough money that it really doesn’t matter if they have a couple mad customers if you really wanna do something about it I’m talking about the Jasper George location on Bill Wigington Boulevard. Time was 3pm
