I ordered a sandwich with a cup of loaded baked potato soup. I received the correct sandwich. However, for soup, I got a cup half filled with chicken noodle and 4 slices of bacon on it . What the world! Do better!!!

I’ve always loved Subway for its fresh food & friendly service however; I stopped in recently just before noon there were no customers waiting and there was no one at the drive up. There was an employee standing with his back to me who didn’t turn or look up. After a short time I left, not angry but very disappointed that I wasn’t even acknowledged. I’m hoping this was just a fluke. I’m sorry that I missed a great meal.

Absolutely awful. Got 2 subs in the drive thru. Took 20+ minutes of me waiting in my car to finally pay and receive my food. My subs were absolute messes, weren’t cut, no stickers so they fell out in the bag. I know my subs are slightly difficult but being someone who worked at subway for close to 2 years I can make both subs in under 5 min and not have them be messy. Not impressed subway.

Every time I order from this specific subway I get a call saying they don’t have the bread I want usually that’s fine but today they are open for another 2 hours and have 4 footlongs left. Food is made very poor not trying just slapping it together and throwing it in a bag. Let’s get this subway on 8th some help.

Train wreck. We ordered on the fancy little board outside I ended up getting my wife’s toppings and she got mine. Worse than that the sandwiches were pure slop because they added way to much condiments and had no desire to do a good job as far as I can tell. Visited on 1-7-19 at 6:30pm

Subway cant keep up. It is a failing business. The meat is always cold no matter how much you toast your sub! Everything is just bland and boring. It is the failing corporation model. Cheba hut firehouse subs and whatever else. Will eventually put subway out of business if they do not change there business model. I dont see it happening. If you like it. Get it while you still can!

Walked in and one screen of the menu was not working. Asked what kind of wraps they have and told they can turn any sub into a wrap. I then asked if they have rotisserie chicken wrap and told they don’t but they are bringing them back. I then asked what kind of special wraps they have and told they can make any sub into a wrap. I just walked out and went to the one in walmart.
