Was clean the service here is good and professional. The food was super fresh and hot . The drinks were all out but the sweet tea, unsweetened tea, blue Gatorade, orange and lemon juice plus milkshake available. Did not have to wait that long.

Apparently this is what $5 in cheese curds looks like nowadays. $14 for a kids meal, order of cheese curds, & a med drink for them to give me a nearly empty box of cheese curds. Had to wait nearly 10 min for them. Plus they don’t offer marinara. Only ranch. The cheese curds are mid at best. Pretty disappointing. Won’t be coming here again.

Absolutely terrible night. Brought my 83 yr old aunt here tonight 10/22/2025 and will be calling corporate for a FULL REFUND tomorrow. I ordered the Big Zax snack and 1 finger was edible if you call it that. Others burned badly. My Aunt ordered The grilled chicken sandwhaich that was so burned she could only chew and eat the outside. The fries were ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING and soggy. This really pisses me off my Aunt gets to go out once a week and this is/was her favorite place. When we left she said dont ever take me back to the place again. Worse part is the employees were to busy yelling and being loud to care. You people at this Zaxbys should take 2 weeks off and then come back and then quit.

Zaxby’s is dropping in quality of order execution seemingly every day. The consistent skimping in order execution is infuriating. My boneless wings were haphazardly prepared, the dang Zax Sauce is NOT supposed to be on top of my food. See the picture of the traditional wings? Those are bone dry but should have had sauce on them. See the area where the tenders are? I’ve NEVER seen those areas so sparse that you can see the color of the container beneath the food more so than the food itself. The kicker is that the restaurant was within 30 minutes of closing. Who are they skimping for when any cooked leftover food is thrown away? Maybe the employees are holding back for themselves, I can’t call it. I will be contacting corporate.

Todays date is 08/06/24. Every employee had their hair up and was wearing a hat. This one took hair down a little bit too far, considering it is almost to the floor. There was another girl who was at least wearing a hat but wasn’t pulled up and secured. This is a food hazard and a safety concern. Both these girls need to be retrained on proper hygiene at work. This may be where the hair in the drink a few reviews back came from, so it leads me to believe this is common. I also asked a current employee why they didn’t have their hair pulled back as this is a food restaurant and was informed that because they weren’t cooking the food, they didn’t have to have it pulled back and secured. That didn’t sound right to me as these were the only 2 of 8-10 employees who didn’t have their hair pulled back and secured. So I spoke with a past employee who told me everyone was to wear their hair secure and a hat and that this is a TRAINING store.
Cheese curds were horrible, but everything else was good.

Never going here again. We did order from Uber eats but this still was the restaurants fault. Missing food. Food was cold. There was a long black hair inside my cup. And of course I didn’t see it until I was almost done. Proof that the person who put sweet tea in my cup failed to keep their hair tied up.
