I stopped coming here less and less over the last couple years. I used to come here 2-3 times a week since it is right next to my house. But now EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail I come and get a tender meal the chicken is extremely old and they almost always forget the zax sauce even when I look them dead in the eye and they tell me it’s in the bag. I have happen to have a bad habit of trusting people to do their job correctly and pulling off without checking and thats on me, but its partially because I hate complaining, I mean at the end of the day it may taste awful, but I’m hungry and I don’t want to make a scene. But this is officially the last straw Zaxby’s keeps raising their prices meanwhile their employees are too lazy to drop new chicken for you that hasn’t been at the bottom of the box for 3 hours. How do you serve ONLY CHICKEN and the chicken is stale EVERY TIME. I am never coming here again. $27 for what?? I am not even kidding when I say Kroger’s $5 chicken tenders that are under a heat lamp all day tastes WAY better which makes me think they are not even using one or its broken!!! I have friends who used to work here and even they think its absolutely insane. Your job is to keep the chicken and fries fresh and hand it to the customers. Its not hard at all. In all my years of food service not once have I ever had the audacity to serve the kind of dry disgusting old meat that should be thrown away to a customer not even during a shift change. Absolutely pathetic. Never coming again, thanks for wasting my gas and time and tons of my money.

This was a great Zaxby’s location. It was clean and easy to get in and out of. The service was excellent and the food didn’t disappoint! We will come back soon! We had a salad, chicken strips, shrimp, fries and drinks. If was all great.

I absolutely love this Zaxby’s location! Samantha is always incredibly friendly and helpful, and her customer service truly stands out. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and top-notch every single visit. The restaurant has a great atmosphere—clean, welcoming, and well-run. This is easily one of the best Zaxby’s locations around. Highly recommend!

The Zaxby’s in Canton delivered incredibly fast and efficient service. Everything came out beautifully and, most importantly, tasted delicious. I had such a wonderful experience at this Zaxby’s! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. It wasn’t just polite service. It felt like they truly enjoyed being there and cared about making my visit a good one.
The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and my food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The chicken was perfectly crispy.
What really stood out, though, was the staff’s attitude. Everyone seemed upbeat, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile. It made the whole meal so much more enjoyable. Actually awful food. Every time I order I order extra seasoning on my fries and they come plain. Wings ans well never have sauce. Every. Time. I always forget and regret it. I don’t know what goes on in that kitchen, but it’s sadly the most depressing restaurant I’ve ever been to

We arrived at the drive-thru around 8:30pm. I sat in line for about 10 minutes and then decided to back up and go inside, which was a bigger mistake. I ended up leaving close to 9pm. Now yes, it’s my fault that I waited, however in my defense, I really like Zaxbys and I was very hungry. So I get home, excited to enjoy my favorite sandwich ( kickin chicken) and it was completely dry and only had a few fries. Very disappointed…. this has been become a normal experience at this location.

Love Zaxbys and this location, just sometimes I feel like I’m get undersold what I ordered. Like sometimes I order extra seasoning for my fries and I never get any seasoning at all or the sauce I order for my wing is a completely different sauce… I know mistakes happen and it doesn’t really ever bother me but I can say I have been mad once or twice from getting the wrong sauce lol

Used to love Zaxby’s, but the food quality of food has really declined at this location over the past few years. Most recently, fries are consistently coming with almost no seasoning and are often soggy and undercooked. I started ordering extra seasoning, but just get a little container with some seasoning, which is useless because it doesn’t stick to the fries at all. This must be a new management policy to cheap out on seasoning because it happens every time no matter what day/time or what employees are working. Other locations don’t seem to have this issue. Employees are not to blame, since clearly they’ve been instructed by higher-ups to do this. Also, this location doesn’t seem to accept mobile orders despite charging them to my card.
