I ordered a salad and asked to have an extra tender, onions on the side, and extra dressing (making a total of 3 dressings), i got home and there was onions on my salad, the normal amount of tenders (which is 2), only 2 dressings, and a hair in my salad. I work at another zaxbys and was trying this one out bc it was conveniently closer at the time, but I won’t be doing that again. Need to do better.

The pettiness of Zaxby’s. I order 2 large fries but have to pay for sauce. Chick Fil A would never! When is Zaxby’s going to learn that nickle and diming their customers significantly impacts the experience. I wanted to use a coupon on my app today. This Zaxby’s location closes at 10pm. I’m at the drive though before 9:30pm. I order though the drive through and head to the window… the staff member takes one look at my coupon and says they can’t scan it. I didn’t get any further explanation. Simply unprofessional and unacceptable. This is the closest Zaxby’s location to me, but I would rather drive out to the Smyrna location than order from here.

Never had an issue at this location before. Went to get my usual order of salad without toast but extra lettuce. I have a gluten allergy which I explained to the “manager” or whoever she is. She refused and said I couldn’t. I literally get the same thing. I understand there isn’t a substitute button but that hasn’t been an issue before. Honestly I feel like she just didn’t want to do it. Please consider the allergy concerns of customers

Every time I come to the Zaxby’s on the East-West connector in Austell, there will always and has always been an issue. Management as well as employees are rude. After waiting in a long line and you finally get to the window then you’re being asked to pull up. Back in my day they would give you a courtesy beverage or offer something in regards to asking you to pull up. However October 22nd 2022 they refuse to write the wrong. After spending over $40 for my kids and nieces to have a meal that you’re kind of scared to eat because you don’t know if they’re doing something with it then you deal with the rudeness of an employee and their manager. With that being said this is my review I stand by it and I will not be visiting this Zaxby’s ever again in my lifetime choose your battles.

Got a grilled Cobb salad and all the lettuce was days old and slimy green. Couldn’t even eat the salad. They push for sale of salads but I will never go back to this location if they don’t check the quality of their food before letting it go.

I would not waste my money or time on this chain. I had their Asian salad and it was horrible. Old greens, poorly cooked chicken and the egg rolls were cold. Not a fun meal. I will not go back. Too much money for too bad a meal.
