I typically don’t write many negative reviews but this was a must. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the person who took my order was pleasant. When getting home and opening the bag of food… My son only had barely any fries in his kiddie finger box.

I hadn’t been to this location in over a year because they messed up my order before, but I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I asked for my fries to have the seasoning on the side, but they came pre-seasoned. The coleslaw portions were tiny, and on top of that, I paid extra for sauce, went back to get it, and still didn’t receive the correct one.
If you’re charging customers for sauce, you should make sure they actually get it. It’s ridiculous to pay for something and not have it included — that feels like ripping customers off. Very disappointing experience

Leah is amazing at Zaxby’s! She’s always welcoming, patient, and makes every visit a great experience. No matter how busy it gets, she stays positive and makes sure orders are correct and customers leave happy. You can tell she really cares about her job and the people she serves. Zaxby’s is lucky to have her!

Great experience at Zaxby’s! The manager Leah was awesome—super friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was right and that I was taken care of. You can tell she really cares about her job, her team, and the customers. The store was clean, service was fast, and the atmosphere was great thanks to her leadership. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had here!

I had a really long day, just wanted to pick up something quick to eat. I’m ordering my food and the cashier Leah did an amazing job, and made sure my food was good. My order did get messed up and I took it back up frustrated. She did a good job calming me down and making sure my food was good. All and all 9/10 experience and this place will continue getting my business. Thank you Leah.

came thru super hungry and already having a bad day but in a instant, this cashier leah made my day 2x better. she was super nice and got my order done efficiently. fries was a littleeee cold but that’s not her fault. glad she’s apart of the team

I know this location closed down for a bit and I’m not sure if it was to get new stars or what, and maybe my situation is just my situation.
Although the food was fresh, the fries were amazing, the tenders in the kickin chicken tasted as if someone was heavily smoking in the room where the chicken is stored/thawed and it seeped inside the chicken (could be the oil), but this is my first time I’ve never finished a kickin chicken sandwich due to it being so nasty.
On top of that, the coleslaw was not appetizing at all. The consistency was like mush and tasted nothing like good ol southern Cole slaw. Very disappointing especially for Zaxbys. I doubt I’d come back unless it’s for the fries only which makes the trip highly unlikely.. before they closed temporarily although the last staff wasn’t heavily professional, the food tasted like your usual Zaxbys food. You’re better off driving the extra few minutes to go to the other Smyrna location near Publix
