Ordered a salad, got home and before even opening it i see three flies trapped inside the container. Before writing this review I also saw another woman in the reviews complaining about a roach on her food! This is the most disgusting thing I have seen from a fast food restaurant. This place needs to be closed down!

Love this location. It’s just hidden off 92 so don’t miss it! I come here almost once a week for lunch. The drive through is quick and friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. When I stay to enjoy the big, beautiful, clean dining room it’s really a treat. One of my favorite fried chicken spots since college, and they’re open on Sundays

The food was and always is reasonably good. The only complaint I have is that the Portunes are greatly lacking. And for some reason, they feel a need to charge extra for a second packet of sauce. That seems to be a little bit trifling, don’t you think?

This location has improved DRASTICALLY. The wait used to always be very long. Things weren’t super systemized or efficient. The restaurant was short-staffed, so everyone seemed frazzled. NOW though—quick service; great online order/pick-up option; accurate orders, delicious foods (and a good variety of options; and friendly staff. Definitely a win.

I hate picking up at the drive thru and get all the way home to find out that something is missing in my order. Please check to make sure your order is correct before you leave this location. They left out my salad dressing.

I don’t really like Zaxby’s; they’re too expensive & the chicken almost always upsets my stomach. HOWEVER, I just had their house salad with fried chicken & ranch dressing, and it was delicious. I really love the crunchy fried onion bits; so much better than croutons! The weird soggy bread on the side didn’t make sense to me, but I fed it to some crows who seemed to enjoy it. I might be changing my opinion of Zaxby’s! Thanks for the great salad!
