We ordered five pizzas and breadsticks for our family Christmas eve. We got two works, two pepperoni and one sausage. With promos we averaged $13 per large pizza which was fair. The on line order process was fairly simple. Our order was ready on time. The employees were all very professional and friendly. Order and pick up was a very smooth and pleasent experience. Our problem was with the product. All of the pizzas were lacking in ingredients. They also were all lacking in taste. The crust was thick, hard and tasteless. We were expecting what we see on the TV ads. All we can say is it was definitely NOT as seen on TV. My wife ended up eating something else for dinner. Bad experience meaning we will not be returning.

What a freaking joke! Order 2 large pizza and 15 boneless bbq chicken wings. I will say the pizza was ok. But the chicken were a joke!! They were chicken nuggets with bbq sauce put on them. We spent $62 there. Won’t be wasting my time or money there again!

Been faithfully coming here for over 3 years. Ordered 2 Thin Crust XL Pizzas and used 12 paper towels to ease the grease ate the Sausage and Pepperoni and threw up and now have diarrhea the worst experience ever! Maybe they will make it right who knows! I went from giving 5 Stars to 1!!!

Love Papa John’s but first time visiting this location. Google sent me to a vacant bldg so I had to call. Got good directions, right across from Chevy dealership! My order was ready when I got there and as always, was delish! Friendly staff too!

My app was having issues so i called to place my order. Was told 40 minutes. 1.5 hours I called the store directly to find out where my pizza is. They said driver called and my number was disconnected so they just canceled my order. Nobody called and the manger took his lazy drivers word. This is the 2nd time this store has done this and it’s by far the worst service Papa Johns. Never again will I order from here.

This was suppose to be loaded! There’s two pieces of green peppers, I can’t find olives, banana peppers, mushrooms or much of any thing else besides cheese and pepperoni and sausage! I love papa John’s pizza but this is ridiculous!

If I could offer no stars, I would. I never complain about for or service. You won’t see one single other review besides this one online. We returned a pizza today with expired ingredients on it that made us sick and they cursed at us and made it out to be our fault. The manager offered no refund or help. She yelled “whatever!” from the back of the store. This is the worst food and service (if you want to call it that) I have ever had.

I ordered a pizza on Papa John’s app. I ordered one New York style pizza was extra cheese and pepperoni. And the cheese bread. I got charged for two New York style pizzas. When I got there to pay for my order after being charged for two of the New York style pizzas. They gave me one pizza and the cheese bread. I asked her where the other pizza was at since they charged me for 2 she said it only showed one on there end showed her my phone and what the app charged me for so they had to make another pizza making me stay there for another ten to fifteen minutes.
The girl making the pizza crust wasn’t washing her hands after handling the money and answering the phone. Money is one of the nastiest things out there. And handling the pizza crust after the nasty money and the phone that’s gross.
