They got rid of the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. No notice, no signs, not even staff saying anything as I ordered a drink by itself. Having a variety of sugar free and caffeine free drink options is important to my family because of diabetes and other health concerns. This change means we won’t be going here if we can help it.
I have been coming to this Zaxby’s for years and would not be leaving a negative review except this seems to be the only Zaxby’s around that has changed their drink machine. I would have complained to the manager, but since I have been coming to this Zaxby’s for years I knew she wouldn’t actually care or even pass on my complaint.

I come here about once a week or once every two weeks over the last 10 or so years and most of the employees there are nice and courteous, with an exception of one guy behind the counter. He’s the black guy with blue eyes, can’t miss him and talks like he’s a bad ass. He does a good job greeting customers but would never thank any of us. I called him out twice already and he pretends he doesn’t know he was supposed to thank us. First time I called him out by asking him why there was no thank you and his reply was “oh”. I replied back “oh? Really?”. This time I called him out again and he had the audacity to ask me when was he supposed to thank customers. Are you for real? You’re in the customer service industry and you don’t know the answer to your question? Unbelievable!

I’ve visited this Zaxby’s several times through the years I’ve lived in the area. Typically, the orders are correct, but occasionally the orders are missing silly items. I’ve ordered 3 separate times and have missed just 1 tender from my order 3 different times now. If it’s not a random tender, it’s the sauce I pay extra for. Finished all of my fries today and go to start eating the tenders and I realized 1 is missing, and no I didn’t already eat it guess that pathetic scrap was the 3rd? This happens waaaay too much at this location. I typically avoid coming here for this reason but it was convenient to go today so I went and am left with more disappointment from this location. Not sure what it is, if the kitchen thinks it’s silly, goofy to miss a single tender. But the fact that I paid for it and don’t get it kills me. If I wanted the zax snack, I would’ve gotten it. Thanks for forcing it on me every few trips to remind me this location sucks. The employee at the window was fine so no complaints to them but the kitchen needs some help I promise this was my last time coming because the time before this was a pathetic attempt to make it right.

I went to the drive thru and they totally gave me the wrong order. I ordered boneless buffalo wings and I got traditional with nasty honey mustard flavor, I couldn’t even eat or return to the location bc I only had a 30 mts break on a Saturday :'(

I visit this location occasionally and always order the same thing, the loaded fries. Every time I receive my order, it’s either lacking bacon or ranch (sometimes both). I continue to come back due to this location being convenient. Today I decided not to give it up to chance as to which part of the order will be lacking, I requested extra bacon and an extra side of ranch. There is of course an up-charge, that’s expected. What is not expected, is that there were only 2 pieces of bacon about the size of a quarter out of the entire meal. I requested extra bacon and basically had none present in the loaded fries. This is will be my last time coming to this location.

Thank you to Mrs LATISHA and Ms DEANGELA for the good customer service. A nice warm greeting upon entering the location. Although we went in for shakes and found out they no longer serve shakes we ordered something else. The wings and things had wings, strips, fries, toast and a drink for about $11 bucks. However for that price the fries were scarce and the strips/tenders were short/small. Not worth the price! 4 stars for the cashiers!!!

Everything was great up until I reached inside of my bag and grabbed an already bitten nibbler. Kinda disgusting especially while in the middle of a pandemic.
