Makes my favorite chicken and bacon barbecue pizza, most of the time turns out great. I always place my order online so I don’t have to wait in line easy and convince. Friendly people too. Love the deals they have on their app saves me money all the time most especially feeding my whole family. Love Domino’s.

Last night, I placed an order at Domino’s on 7th Street, spending over $50 on two pizzas, stuffed cheesy bread, garlic knots, a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and wings. The order was estimated to arrive within 25-35 minutes, but after waiting an hour, I called to check on the status. I was told the food had just come out of the oven. I offered to pick up the order myself, but a young gentleman reassured me it was en route.
After waiting an additional 35 minutes, I called back. This time, a lady who identified herself as the delivery driver stated she was just leaving with my order and that it had only recently come out of the oven. I asked to speak to a manager, but a young lady in the background refused to come to the phone. Initially, the person answering the phone was also somewhat rude. Both employees declined to provide their names. Eventually, the manager admitted it was her last day and suggested I call the general manager the next morning.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. The wings barely had any sauce, the stuffed cheesy bread was flat and not worth the $7, and while the pizza was acceptable, the overall experience left me disappointed. After nearly two hours of waiting for my kids to eat, I had to go and pick up the order myself.
This morning, I attempted to contact the general manager but was told they wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. Additionally, the staff claimed there was no employee named Brittany, despite the previous night’s conversation.
While I’ve had minor issues with this location before, this was by far the most disappointing experience. For a Domino’s location that typically provides great service, this was a significant letdown. Given the poor service, the lack of accountability, and the subpar food quality for the price, I’ll be looking for another pizza company to support in the future.

I visited this Domino’s and although the decorations and atmosphere were nice, the service was completely unacceptable. The employee who claimed to be the manager was one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. He was slow, distracted, constantly walking off, and completely unorganized. He even bumped my order off the screen and still didn’t make it, forcing me to wait more than 20 extra minutes after he told me it would be ready in four minutes.
On top of that, he had a terrible attitude. At one point, he literally said, “I don’t have to deal with this shit.” Hearing that from someone claiming to be a manager was unbelievable. He also tried to offer me something free for the wait, but that would’ve taken another 15 minutes because he couldn’t keep up with anything.
His attitude was rude, irritated, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. This location has a nice atmosphere, but someone behaving like that should not be working in customer service at all, let alone representing Domino’s as a manager.

I had a bad experience with them, i made an online order @7:03 pm and received my food by 10:30 pm. My pizza was cold and it seemed like they dropped it I try calling them, the answer and they put me on hold right away.

Every Single Time we give this place another chance, it proves that it’s not capable of getting an order correct and/or complete.
I hate saying this bc honestly, over the years there have been many very nice employees there- ncluding currently. But come on.
Also, the addition of bullet proof glass really is sad. Not to mention would be ineffective given the slot that’s open for the pizzas and the hole you speak through are both wide open.

Ordered delivery and order was accepted at 11:23 pm. Said estimated delivery 1:45 am so I called at 12:09 am and asked if we could pick up instead. Was told by the person who answered the phone that they were waiting on the delivery driver who just walked in the door and the order would be delivered in just a few minutes. They closed at 1 am and the order was cancelled. Never got our order and by 1am almost everything else is closed. Don’t recommend this location for delivery. I can’t review the food as we never received our order.

The WORST food I’ve ever had at Domino’s! I literally thought my boxes were empty when I was carrying them to the car. You could literally see the bottom of my aluminum pan that my chicken alfredo was in. They were also burnt and dry as hell!
