My experience at the Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings on South Marietta Parkway was pretty good overall. The lemon pepper wings were to die for—hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. They were perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms, which is always a plus. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area and craving wings.

Good place with good decoration and delicious menu, I had years coming to this location and the chicken strips are amazing, also the regular combo with fries, the sandwich bread and the special Zaxby’s sauce its simply magic for your taste buds. They have really good familiar combos for events or eat in a party with friends.

Horrible service the last 3 times we’ve gone here. Overall “I don’t want to be bothered” attitude. Wednesday I took my 5 yr old granddaughter to eat. We went to the bathroom and she said the toilet was “burning” i looked down and there was steam coming up from the water and I could feel the heat. I got her down and went to wash her hands and the sink water was burning hot. I went and told a worker and he said “yes, we know”. I said they need to put a sign up warning people. He said “ok” and went back to wiping down tables. So I went to the counter and told a lady (not a teenager) that they need to please put a sign in the bathroom so no one gets burned. She said “ok,sorry” and went back to the drivethru. Today we went to pick up a mobile order in the drive thru. A girl handed me the bags and said have a good day. I said one of them should have a drink i think, shouldn’t it? She said “i dont know, I didn’t bag it, but you can look”?? So i had to get the bags from the back seat to look at the receipts to show it had a drink. She could have looked at the screen. The lady behind her was smirking. I’m sorry to have been an inconvenience to this place, by wanting their customers to not get burned in the bathroom or to have a drink with the combo without having to get my receipt out to “prove it”.

This was a drive thru experience. The server was great. I ordered the 5 chicken finger plate and only got 4. My fault: I didn’t check before I left.

Took my daughter and niece for the kids meal tenders and a side of toast. They love it. Great summertime choice or even just for your kid. You get two tenders, fries, a drink and a snack (either a cookie or a mini rice Krispies treat) depends on the store.

Why is the lobby lights out during normal operating hours? Sure the drive thru is open but the lobby lights are out giving the appearance that the restaurant is closed
