Update: Megan reached out and apologized even though it wasn’t her fault. She was super nice and tried to fix the issue. Won’t be going back though, too many mistakes.
Why add seasoning to the chicken tenders? It’s the second time they do that to me. The first time I ordered spicy chicken tenders and received normal ones. I asked for no mayo on my food due to allergies and I was given mayo. Why are you using old bacon? I called for a refund and the guy told me to take the food. Why would I touch food that I’m clearly allergic to? I told him about the seasoning and he claimed they don’t add seasoning, yet I have pictures with the seasoning. Why am I supposed to go out of my way to meet up “to talk” about the refund during the ours that he can? I have a job sir, I can’t meet your needs. Insane stuff.

Look at this beautiful masterpiece! Megan especially had it made for me! I have a rare heart condition with a stomach issue for ingesting acrylamide. It causes irregular heartbeats due to strenuous digestion. Megan and her staff ensure I never have to endure as they make it perfect and fresh for me. Customer Service had never been better

Complete foolishness. I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:05AM. They still had the breakfast menu up but said they’re only serving lunch. However, They said they cannot change the menu to lunch until 11:20. I said I can’t remember what’s on their lunch menu. They said I could come into the restaurant to see the menu. Seriously??? Extremely unintelligent way to handle this drive thru menu change problem. Clearly they do not care about customer service, they also do not have logical problem solving skills nor do they actually desire to sell food. Obviously I went somewhere else. Shocked.

Ordered for delivery and this is what I got, a bacon cheese croissant that was supposed to be a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and as you can see there’s no egg, the croissant is hard as a rock and the cheese is cold…..I will not order here again!!!!!
