Horrible Horrible Horrible my veggie rolls were burned. I was supposed to get three I only got two,My Husbands chicken was bloody and my strawberry lemonade only had ice in it. I’m even more upset because I started eating in car which was about 9:30pm so it was pretty dark, by the time I got home In to the light we realized we were eating bloody chicken.

I stopped by Zaxby’s today after a long road trip and purchased the Zensation Zalad. Since I was exhausted, I put it in the refrigerator and took a nap. When I got up, I took the chicken off the salad to warm it up and was completely shocked at the small amount on the huge bed of lettuce in the huge container, it looked like one small cut up chicken tender. If I had not been undressed, I would have taken it back. After spending almost $14 on the salad, I feel totally ripped off. The egg roll that came with it tasted like it was cooked with old oil. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I have purchased the same salad before and did not have this experience, so I guess the quality really has gone downhill.

Sadly my story isn’t any different from the rest. Just like everyone else my order was incorrect, the bread was rock hard,my fries was cold, and of course I waited for an extended amount of time.
2 other things bothered me greatly….
1. The young lady who I assume was a manager/shift lead was not wearing a mask, not even as a chin strap
2. I arrived 2 1/2 hours before closing and the lights were out including the monument sign, inside the restaurant, and outdoor menu.
I just wish they would better and show a little more pride.

This location is horrible when it comes to staffing and food services. The food is always cold, the customer service is lacking and orders are always messed up. Hopefully someone in cooperate or upper level management is competent enough to revamp this location. I don’t see this location being around long. The staff is dragging and uninterested in customer service. Staying down the street means I visit this location often, after 15 times of bad service I’m no longer interested in going. Sad. The location at Covington hwy and panola is so much better. This location need some serious help..

Worst service ever, it takes forever to get your food. When you finally get your food it’s the wrong order. Worst customer service ever even down to the management. Everyone has an attitude like they didn’t choose to work in fastfood.

The food and the service is still horrible 6 years later. This place is a joke and they don’t even answer the phone when calling to advise them of the issue.

This is the worst Zaxby’s location in metro Atlanta. The staff doesn’t care about the work they do and it shows by the long wait times and poor quality of food. I’ve consistently received hard/stale bread and meals missing key ingredients. The managers show little compassion for the mistakes brought to them. My last and final visit resulted in me throwing away all of the food I ordered and going to a completely different restaurant. I was so disgusted by the attitude of the manager when I called the next day that I didn’t bother to seek a refund or remake. There is no leadership at this store. I look forward to it being replaced by a better establishment in the future.

This was the absolute worst experience at zaxbys. First, we sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes, then they got my food wrong. Got home and found out they made my nieces food wrong too. Had to drive 20 minutesback just to get the right food. Ima leave yall alone cos this has made me not want zaxbys again! By sandwich is supposed to be a club, so that means bacon and cheese. The meal was $12..but the bacon was…well look at the picture…disappointing

Yeah this is one of the worst Zaxby’s ever. The chicken tenders and smaller, they try to give you less fries, the bread is stale, they put more ice than drink in your drink and the service is slow and rude. I legit stopped coming here and opted to go to a Zaxby’s further out but it’s worth it because EVERYTHING is better. I wouldn’t be upset if they closed this place down.
