I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Wawa. I was simply trying to check out using multiple payment methods — something that is completely normal and should not be an issue at any modern retailer. Instead of assisting or explaining any limitations, the manager immediately gave me an attitude and flat-out refused to complete my transaction.

There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no professionalism whatsoever. If there are policies around split payments, that’s fine, communicate them clearly. Don’t treat customers like they’re doing something wrong for trying to pay.

The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I left without completing my order because I was essentially refused service without cause. That is unacceptable.

Customer service clearly isn’t a priority at this location. I won’t be returning.

I drive a truck so I see many many Wawa’s, Quick Checks and Sheetz….. let me say o would kill to have a Sheetz locally…. If you eat in 100 different Sheets locations the food is ALWAYS awesome and always the same.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wawa in linden is the worst. I ordered what I thought would be a delicious Omlet to be delivered. What I got was a flat tasteless egg substitute with onions just thrown on top with some limp bacon. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!! If I was there in person and didn’t have it delivered to my place of employment I would have made sure that it was made correctly. I see why your ratings are so low….smh! NEVER AGAIN!

I gave this location 3 opportunities to redeem themselves but they’re definitely not good. The same exact coffee I order in other locations tastes way different and awful to be honest. Last order the even missed a sandwich. Workers here are not well trained

This place has bad Google reviews for a reason. And guess what? The owners don’t care. When you’re greedy for money, this is what happens. Food is beyond terrible, and the people working there make everything worse. Rude. How is this a brand new gas station, but the air pumps don’t work?! Don’t think about fixing it either? Again, the owners don’t care; they just want to collect and call it a day.

I was there to get gas with 2 other cars and the gas attendant seen us went inside spoke to someone can out put gas in his truck and pulled off leaving. I called and was told they were doing trash no one was doing trash.

Had ordered a family size chicken noodle soup. Was given a large instead by the gentleman in the deli. Didnt realize it was the wrong size until i got home . Disappointed

We walked in and were greeted with a good morning from the staff. Sahmaad did a great job being a cashier. We did not like that one of the ladies in the back who made the sub for us coughed out in the open. So, if you are looking forward to get sick, come to this place!

I received a completely tasteless panini sandwich, and even worse, I paid extra for additional ingredients that were completely missing. The quality was disappointing, the sandwich was dry, and it felt like no care was put into preparing it. For the price I paid, I expected something far better.
