This is the most convenient Zaxbys for me to go to. At this point I will NOT go during the hours of the 2nd shift. The orders are never consistent in quality. I went through the drive-thru yesterday night (10/23/25) at 10:20pm. I was told to wait on my order in one of the parking spots. I start to notice that everyone is getting their order but me (literally was the only car left and watch somebody order way after me, wait and then still getvtheir food). So I go back to the window and asked if my order had been forgotten. The young woman told me my food was being made “fresh” (which gave me pause because its only chicken fingers that Zaxbys is serving). So I proceed to wait,20 minutes later my order is brought to me. The 3 taco combo I ordered was not even luke warm and the tacos looked as if the person who brung them slung them all around and the food just didnt look appetizing and definitely was NOT fresh. Unfortunately I didnt get to get a picture of the food due to me being short for time because I also had to be at work. My visit was a total waste of my time. The receipts are uploaded for time stamp purposes and the dude was petty to not refund the whole order. I will NOT come here unless its for the first shift. That’s the only time the food is consistent and fresh!

This place is a hood hot mess. I went inside to avoid the long drive-thru line and was ignored while staff laughed, chatted, and acted like customer service was optional. Just chaos and vibes—none of them good.
I get it, the pay clearly isn’t motivating anyone to work hard, but respect is still part of the job you signed up for. If you’re open, acknowledge people. Simple.
Judging by the endless negative reviews, this isn’t a bad day—it’s the norm. I walked out and won’t be back. Do better, or don’t be open. Date: 1/27/26 around 4 pm.

Poor customer service. Requested two large fries and were provided regular fries. Was requested to get out of the drive thru and told to wait in slot 2 and would be provided the fries that were requested. Waited 10-15 minutes and nothing was provided.

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 10yrs now. Within the last year or so the service has been lackluster. The quality of the food is just okay and the waiting time is horrible. No matter what I order I have to wait 20mins or more. Today, 11-1 I ordered 2 Cobb salads with extra chicken, cucumbers and bacon. I paid an extra $8 for additional chicken and there was no extra chicken added. Not only that, there was no eggs in the salads! $35 went down the drain. This was my last time going to this location. They have to do better!

If you’re in a hurry, avoid coming here at night! I waited for 5 minutes at the intercom without any cars ahead of me. The team member said “one moment,” but then there was 5 minutes of silence. When she took my order, there was extremely loud laughter in the background, maybe one of the employees is an aspiring comedian and was practicing their material! I had to repeat my order three times because of this.
After finally reaching the window, I was told to pull forward and waited another 6 minutes for my food. It’s becoming more and more difficult to find decent customer service in the restaurant industry nowadays. Just grab your food, stay quiet, and if you’re not satisfied, so what, go somewhere else! I miss the old generation of employees, they knew meaning of customer service.

Man… how disappointing. I bought 2 signature sandwich meals and it cost me $21.00. This meal came with 11 fries and I had less in mines. I didn’t actually count it but you get the point. I ordered ours sandwiches spicy. Let me tell ya…the chicken was dry, they barely had sauce on it. When I placed the order, they quoted me a price. The young took my card to charge it and someone else wanted to confirm I ordered 2 meals. Look at the price I paid. They told me it was cooked to order but the fries was room temp and the chicken wasn’t piping hot. I don’t even eat chicken like that so, I was expecting it to be great. It use to be. Anyway, the service was okay but it wasn’t worth the money. I won’t be returning to this location. Now, I know why it’s always empty here.

I don’t understand why they have to serve attitude to customers. If these girls (not all of them) up front working the counter don’t want to be there then there are plenty of other jobs available. Time and time again, I come in to order politely and I 1000% assure you I dont look or talk to anyway there negatively. If I even go back for something as simple as a missing fork for my meal, it’s apparently the biggest inconvenience for some of the cashiers up front to give me one. I’m done with the little petty looks, tell your staff to grow up.

Food was great and the older lady who was in drivethru at 1:30 PM was fantastic, however I am allergic to ketchup and asked for a zax sauce at the speaker, got no zax sauce and got ketchup instead which I even said I didnt want ketchup but not a big deal since mistakes happen. What bothered me was that I went inside, told the african american woman that I was given ketchup when im allergic and she had no reaction? I get you’re busy, I was in the restaurant business for 5+ years, however when you give someone something that could potentially KILL them you would think that you would jave a bigger reaction to it??? That kinda killed the whole experience for me, just tossed my food out- why risk it when the employees dont seem to care at all about allergens?

If there was a contest for the WORST Zaxby’s in America, this location is a combination of Jordan and LeBron. This is the first time I have ever left a review on anything. THAT’S HOW BAD THIS LOCATION IS! They never get orders right, half the time the food is freezing cold, no matter what you order, youre gonna wait as long as they can possibly make you wait, seasoning also doesnt exist at this location either, You could spend 10 years looking for a Zaxbys worse than this, id bet my entire life savings and my family’s life savings saying you wouldnt. Location needs to be shut down ASAP!
