I’ve frequented this Zaxbys for years and the food is always fresh. What’s also great about this location is the service is also consistently good. I would like to highlight Malisa. She’s been there for years and she’s always friendly and professional. She always repeats my order in the drive through and always addresses me as “ma’am” (even though she doesn’t need to but I appreciate it). My orders have been consistently correct and the very few times someone in the back may have gotten it wrong, she’s quick to correct it. She’s always there, so I know she’s also a hard worker.

We were very pleased with the service. Our food was nice and hot. Didn’t have a long wait. I really love that the Manager honor my Rewards(free nibbler) even through the app wasn’t working. And the cashier Malisa was very nice,sweet and a warming smile

This has to be one of the worst Zaxbies I have ever been to. How is it that I place a mobile order drive 10 minutes to the store, stand there waiting and watch people walk in 15 minutes after I got there. Place their order (now 25 minutes after my order was placed) and get their food about 10 minutes later. Now 35 minutes after my order was placed. It took another 10 minutes after that to get my food.
Only go to this zaxbies if you enjoy wasting your time. I could drive to the one in Beaufort, get my food, and drive back faster than this zaxbies can make a SINGLE 4 finger plate. And somehow they still managed to forget the zax sauce.

The line was wrapped around the building but I’ll just blame covid. I waited patiently and it was well worth the wait. Idk what crew was on that night but great job! All of my food was fried to perfection and hot. I dropped a plate to my sister and she text me the next day and said that Zaxby’s was amazing! So thank you for making the wait worthwhile!

The service at this location was the worst of any Zaxby’s I have been to. The young man taking orders was rude on the intercom and continually rushed and didn’t take the order properly and became snappy when corrected. Got to the window, the young man wasn’t wearing his mask, I don’t find this a big deal normally but only the drive through is open because of covid so you’d think they would enforce the city ordinance! I love Zaxby’s but avoid this location and train your staff! The food was also not to par with other locations, think they forgot how to toast their bread!

Wish I could give ZERO stars for service. Ordered through the app. Food was supposed to be ready by a set time. Food was not ready 30 minutes after the time stated on app. Stay away from the bluffton location during any part of the day. Horrible wait times. Don’t bother ordering online or the app. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait 30+ minutes for them to come to curbside and drop off food
