Chicken seemed to be frozen and ehh. I was disappointed with fry/side portions.

Overall a good fast food restaurant with tasty food. The seasoning is really good, plenty of salt!! The entrance was a bit stinky but the rest of the inside was clean and well kept. The service was great. Very friendly people working there. The app finally works, which makes ordering ahead easy and there are plenty of rewards and discounts in the app. Hard to make a left turn out of this location but plenty of parking and space to maneuver.

$15 for some dry black wings. Terrible food. Looked like it fell behind the grease fryer and then they put it in a to-go box. I should have took pictures of the inside of the wings. Just terrible.

The staff at this Zaxby’s location are always very polite and go out of their way to make sure you are happy every time you come in. They go out of their way to make sure your food is hot and cooked the way you want it. If you are a “regular they will get to know you and eventually know your order and name. This is by far one of the best Zaxby’s locations I have ever visited. Shout Out to the staff at the Edgefield Road Zaxby’s location for all you do. I always leave with a smile on my face. Thanks again. If you haven’t visited this Zaxby’s location you should definitely do so!

It’s 11/21/2025 I went in the drive through to order but I wanted to look at the menu, I asked the girl taking orders if it’s okay if I drive up and look at the menu and she said yeah, super nice girl. When I look at the menu the speaker was connected to the inside. A girl names “Bri” said why are they driving past you? They are triffling and proceeded to talk shit about us. It’s not my fault I couldn’t see the menu…. And I’m always nice about things. When the worker walked up to the menu she said “Bri” shut up because she was talking shit. A really weird situation…. Hope it was about a co-worker and not me and my wife. The also gave me a grilled salad instead of it being fried, but that’s the least of my worries.

Came through the drive through at 10pm was told it was make to order .. no problem. Got to the window 30 minutes later with only one car in front of me. Seemed like they were more worried about locked out employees than food being correct. Not sure why I waited when I checked my order and the food was cold, fries under cooked, and forgot my sauce. Had to go back around to get the sauce I paid for!! Worst experience ever. Seems to need better management and less children working there. Uneditable to eat. Very disappointed.

the workers SUCK!!!!!!!! we sat outside for 30 minutes in stall 2 outside. we checked in on mobile, not one but 3 times. the girl said she has been looking for us for 30 minutes and we said we have been in the stall. she says “oh sorry sometimes we can’t see over the drive through cars.” 30 MINUTES. 30 MINUTESSSSSSS!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! we were sitting in the same spot for 30 minutes while she was “looking”. sounds like laziness! also not to mention they were all actively outside handing food out so?? the only excuse is legal blindness at this point. good food tho, but this is not the first time we have had problems. get yourself together it’s a fast food job fr. just came back to edit it to say THEY GOT MY SANDWICH WRONG TOO!!! HOWRE YOU THIS BAD AT UR JOB IM CRINE (i hope i don’t get some lame ahh generic response)

This is the absolute worst service from any zaxby’s ever. I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for my order in the drive through. When the order came it was far from being right. I will not be coming back!!
