2day was good. Very quick thru the drv thru had 2 pull up 2 the wait spots 4 drv thru. Ordered fries Cobb salad cheddar bites and boneless wings. I have liked there food every time,but tonight when I got 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. I honestly cannot say how the food is because the line is always long and when you finally have the opportunity to order they tell you what they DON’T have and that you are going to have to wait 15-20 min for your food before they even say welcome to Zaxby’s. Wish they would just shut it down.

Went today to get a zensation salad, it’s my favorite salad. I get back to work withmy salad and the little egg roll was soggy and dark brown and the slaw was soggy. The lettuce was fresh but that was about as fresh as it got. I do not have time to go back out and get more food. So I am stuck eating a less than appetizing salad for lunch. Probably the last time I order salad from zaxbys.

Have been going here for years but lately the food hasn’t been any good. 8/10 times the wings are so small and burnt so bad you can’t even get a fork through them and the fries taste like they’ve been reheated and are not fresh.
