This is truly a deeply philosophical experience.

When I first got to the restaurant, I tried the food. The first thing I thought was “MID!” The chicken had a strange texture, the field pickles tasted like vacuum cleaner, and the soda was straight water. But something magical happened… 3 minutes later the food tasted better. Solid 6/10 chicken sandwich. But the pickles became 8/10. It was crazy. But the experience doesn’t end there

The restaurant is clearly an older model of Zaxby’s. I personally really liked this but I did notice one problem. After I was done with my magical meal, my biology was telling me, “You have to use the bathroom”. Now because of the old building I looked around, and there were 3 blue doors. No labels. So I walk into the one that looks the most like a bathroom. I open the door, I see a yellow mop then I hear from behind me “No, Get Out Of There”. It turned out I walked into the Janitors Closet. Now I guess it is kind of my fault because I completely looked over the door with restroom out in the front. But either way I think they could benefit from some Labels : )

The person who took our order was very friendly and helpful, answering our questions about the food. Our order was taken quickly, and the food was ready in a timely manner. One of the meals was not what my husband ordered, but it was replaced right away, so it wasn’t a big issue.
I ordered the Asian Zensation, and it was very delicious. The food overall is still very good. However, during this visit we were concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant. Several tables were dirty, and we had to look around to find one that was less dirty. The food trays were also dirty, and the floor was in very poor condition.
The last time I visited this location, it was much cleaner. Seeing it this way makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the food preparation areas. I hope they address these issues soon, as the current condition leaves a lot to be desired.

Terrible customer service. Not acknowledged when we waited 5 minutes to order, then the female who came to take our order walked up dancing instead of apologizing for our wait. And look at the size of 2 of my chicken wings after waiting 15 minutes for them to come out. We won’t be back here.

I came at around 10:20, I was one car away from the menu where you order at. It took 15 minutes just to get to the screen and order. I ordered what I wanted and asked for a milkshake (mind you it is only about 10:30-10:35 and they close at 11). The girl taking my order, her name is trinity, told me that the shake machine had been shut down already. That is honestly unacceptable, closing tasks should be done after there are no customers. I’ve worked at fast food places and I know this. I get wanting to get out earlier but business is supposed to be first. But I digress I still waited for my food. While I was waiting I was watching the people in front of me. Apparently they were allowed to order milkshakes because Trinity handed out two of them to them. So it was 10:58 when I was finally able to pull up and get my food. I asked trinity why the people before me could get served what they wanted and then suddenly when I wanted a shake it was shut down. She said that the machine had been shut down for a while (since like 10:30 “when they normally shut it down”). She said that the two she gave out had already been sitting there and made so she gave them to the customers. That does not make sense because she handed the first one out and then it was about 10 minutes after that when the second one was handed out (which is how long I assume it takes to make a milkshake). She then proceeded to offer me 2 milkshakes that had also been sitting there which is so unsanitary to me so I just paid for my food and left. That is the most outrageous experience I’ve had at this Zaxbys and I’m now reluctant to go back.

Tonight was just an embarrassment. Whoever the cashier was at the drive thru can’t even do the basics. It’s all ways slow and her horrible and nasty attitude was just awful to be around.

New update on October 24th. Still waiting now 30rd minutes for my order. Was told no milk no ice cream nothing but lemonade. So while I am waiting in my car out front, I watch all the front cashiers making themselves milkshakes.
This place is a joke. Not worth trying ever again. Fire every one and start fresh

I’ve been disappointed multiple times but we came to get food after a long day. Ordered fried pickles, sweet and spicy wings and a chicken sandwich. Didn’t get the sandwich at all and this was the food we received after waiting for over 35 minutes and paid $40. No sauce on the wings, didn’t even get wings, got what looks like a few small pieces of chicken and the pickles were so hard you couldn’t eat them and completely melted through the container but they still put it in the bag like this. Completely wasted my money on food we couldn’t even eat.

Took 30 minutes to make 1 plain chicken sandwich. Employee started cleaning right at the window while at least 4 other cars behind me. Honestly not sanitary or pleasing to see while waiting for my food. I ordered a birthday cake, milkshake and a plain chicken sandwich. My birthday cake milkshake was a vanilla milkshake with sprinkles in it. The milkshake was nothing like the original milkshake.

I placed an online order with this Zaxby’s on October 30th. My order was correct, but later there was an issue, so I called the store. The person I spoke with took my name and number and told me that I had two weeks to come back to the location to either remake or pick up my order.

When I went back today, I spoke to Josh, the GM, and explained the situation. I even showed him my bank statement, which clearly showed the store number, and there phone number. Despite this, he told me there was nothing they could do and that my name wasn’t on the list.

What made this experience worse was the lack of effort to make things right. I wasn’t rude—I just wanted the order I was told I could get. Instead, I was basically dismissed. The GM didn’t even try to verify the situation or offer a simple solution.

This was very poor customer service. If a customer is told to come back and is given a time frame, that promise should be honored. I shouldn’t have to argue or feel disrespected when I have proof of purchase. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Terrible place. Do not go, went at 1045pm and it took an hour for my food. My coworker had a few choice words seeing as we only get 30 minutes for our lunch. Staff decided to give us the oldest driest food. Very terrible customer service. Will not be back.

I did not like the presentation of the quesadilla that I had purchased to eat the tea was good but way too much ice. It also seems as if they did not clean the grill before making the sandwich quality and presentation can do a whole lot better. I could not even hold the quesadilla in my hand because it was drenched with sauce And not put together very well.
