We hadn’t been in several years because the chicken was dry and hard. This location is updated, hip, clean. The service and food were good! The chicken strips are now much smaller, but moist and cooked well. Overall very good!

Drive thru was backed up one day but they only had one lane open. I sat in line for about 20 minutes and then got out of line because it wasn’t moving. Maybe they were short staffed but we went tonight and the drive thru was empty but food was good!

Ordinary Zaxbys experience at this location. While it was newer and clean, the service was subpar and the food was average at best. Unfortunately, I have come to expect this when visiting a Zaxbys. I watched my food come out and sit on the counter for several minutes before my name was called. Everything was hot minus the toast (unfortunate expectation). I had to wait a few minutes before someone greeted me at the counter. It seems they are trying to save costs on napkins and ketchup as I had to ask twice for both and was only given a few, with a party of 4 all with fries. I ended up eating most of my fries without ketchup. 3 napkins with 2 young children doesn’t cut it. I also was told my kid could get a frozen lemonade only to later be told they could not put it in the children’s sized cup. This made no sense but instead of arguing, I just transfered some from the larger cup I also ordered. Overall, it felt like the owner is going for a Chick-Fil-A culture but is missing the bar. I don’t think any of the 5 employees present were over 20 and they had Christian music playing over the speakers (actually a plus for me). Seemed like they needed a leader. Could I have asked for more condiments… Yes. Could I have not said anything about the drink… sure. Maybe an off night… possibly. But I like condiments, I need napkins, and why tell me you can do something only to 5min later not do it with no good explanation.

This place is a joke. Got the wrong order and didn’t realize until I got home. Called and was put on a list to receive a free meal next time. I thought this was great! However, went in three days later and it took them ONE HOUR to get my food prepared because they kept messing it up (again). My husband’s food was cold by the time I received mine. Should have eaten anywhere else

The guys at the front counter was playing around to much. Feeling on each other and ignoring customers. Ordered a cookie with my meal and one of the guys that did not take my order, and who was also touching on the guy that took my order tried to hand my cookie behind his back while he faced the other way and shouldn’t have been handling my food. My cob salad was also made wrong but it tasted good. No manager was around.

Ordered my food this week at 12:18 pm didn’t get it til 12:47pm. I literally had a sandwich meal and a shake and drink. I watched about 5 orders go out before mine and the people came in after me and had more food. Then I asked for a few Zax sauces she handed me one and acted as if she didn’t want too

I’ve ordered online here several times. Sometimes it’s fine. Sometimes it’s not. I just left there and the food wasn’t ready until 9 minutes after they said it would be. I know 9 minutes isn’t the end of the world, but when you have a 30 minute lunch break. It kinda is. They have a counter out in the lobby where they put the to go orders. Ive went in about a minute after they said it would be ready and it wasn’t on the counter. So after waiting in line. I asked about it and it was on the counter behind them. The entire time I was there. If your going to have online to go orders. Don’t drop the ball.

Made my order online and I wasted my money. I open my food up and its old and cold how yall are a new establishment and already getting bad reviews.. you dont have enough business flowing through there to be losing customers from bad service!
