Please just close this location already. Every time we come here it takes 20+ minutes to get our order. We always pay for extra sauce, and the last 3 times we went they didn’t include it in the bag. This past time, we waited 20 minutes and checked the bag before we left. To no shock the sauce wasn’t there. We went back in, and the guy insisted he put them in the bag. Then he asked if we paid for it. Yes, we did, but thanks for the attitude.
I understand some people might just hate their jobs, but please don’t take it out on us with poor service and low quality food. We work hard to afford the over priced fast food as is. I wish it didn’t always taste stale with an aftertaste like old oil.

Just close this location already so we can get something else in this spot. This Zaxbys has gone downhill so bad it should be studied on how to kill a business 101. Look how gross and undercooked my meal was. No seasoning on anything and hardly any sauce on the wings. The fries are white at this Zaxbys!! Gross

I have never once ordered here and received my food in under 30 minutes. How is it that I’m the only person in the drive through and I have to wait for 30 minutes to receive my “fast food”. I live right by the location and I do like Zaxbys food but I don’t know why I keep coming back hoping it won’t be the biggest waste of time. But it always is.
And when my food does come out it looks like they shook the box first before handing it to me.

Great service during their busy time! Pulled up and there were like 10 cars in the drive thru. Workers were very polite and working quickly to get everything out with a smile! Zensation salad for the win!!! Grilled cheese kids meal was already gone! Shout out to Iesha at the window for her awesomeness!

Ordered a 6 piece meal. Chicken was dry and had been sitting for some time and very dark in color. Fries were cold and the bread was hard all the way through. Spending $14 for this was a waste of my money. Not to mention the wait time, you would have thought something might be fresh. Nothing about this meal was fresh. Most of it ended up in the garbage.

If you see 5 cars in line expect to wait 30 mins. My son likes the food here so I have to keep coming back. But it’s the least friendly/happy employees I’ve ever seen. Plus our online orders always get screwed up. One time I waited a while in the space. They didn’t pick up the phone where it says to call to say your here. I already did on the app. So I went inside and they said they don’t get notified of online check in! Plus they don’t answer the phone. Just a bunch or grumpy kids and a middle aged lady. The one on North Ave is quick and friendlier. It’s just a little further from us. Wade Hampton is really quick! This one just needs to shut down. Update 12/10/23: my son asked to go back. Only 3 cars in front of me took 17 minutes. Like usually they forgot to put my cookies in, and also forgot my kinds milk. I always check because I know there will be screw ups here. I even saw the guy outside waiting for his food and the girl brought it to him, but she forgot half the food and had to go back inside to get it. What a disgrace! Another update: 6/30 I got burnt bread. The week before I got inedible and cold grade 8 boneless wings. Why on earth do I go back?

Placed a mobile order and then sat in the drive-thru behind another vehicle for ten minutes before they could even order. Arrived at the speaker and was told to wait. Waited another five minutes, gave up, and went inside. Tell me why these chuckle-nuts were scrubbing the floor, when they have customers waiting, inside and outside. My order was sitting in the window the entire time. Took almost twenty minutes to get my order after arrival.

The service was excellent. I want to give a shout out to Salena who took my order. She was friendly and helpful and seemed to be glad to help and enjoying her job. One of the guys from back in the kitchen came out for something and was friendly as well.

Very disappointed! Lobby is closed, takes forever at the drive thru, evidently they can’t even handle one order at a time. Order a salad and a kickin chicken sandwich. Although the chicken ain’t kickin, they didn’t put any sauce on my sandwich and I’m glad I checked my drink, they didn’t fill it up all the way. Will be quite a while before I go back.

Slowest Zaxbys ever…. Too bad. It’s constantly behind. Waited an hour and 30 for a Zac pack. I even ordered it ahead of time on the app.
