My daughter usually asks for burritos whenever we travel to San Angelo. This is the first time since paying the higher price and having the burritos be so small! I am okay with paying more for quality food but never before have we been served burritos so thin before at a Julio’s! I called and the lady told me they are always that size. Which is incorrect. My sister who lives here agreed that her burritos have never been that size either. No apology, no let’s fix it. So sad. I included pictures. My child usually prefers Julio’s but I suggest any other burrito shop instead of this one. I ordered 5 burritos too by the way. 4 brisket bean and cheese and 1 Barbacoa. (My Barbacoa was the only burrito that was the size I am use to. You can see in the photo the size difference!

First of all there was a homeless man being completely obnoxious INSIDE the store. But that’s not the worst of it, I ordered 3 burritos and two bottles of big red, tell me why I paid $30 NO TIP? And I am not exaggerating. I have no clue why the tax has gone up so much on this place, because after purchase costs, labor costs, and materials to have this establishment run it should not cost $30 for this meal, I think I’ve paid less dining in for dinner at other restaurants. Greedy business and greedy people, the surge in prices is completely unacceptable. No wonder why people don’t come here anymore. DO NOT COME HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Food is good. Service through the drive thru is SLOW. Prices on single burritos are high.

Update….Went inside for the first time. Inside is nice and clean. Inside is MUCH faster than drive thru. Prices of the burritos are still high but one burrito is a meal because it is stuffed so full! The food is hot and tasty!

Best thing on menu in my opinion is chicken topatia, the pricing is way high, for 2 burgers 2 regular drinks and 2 small fries $40, never again

Hands down the best Breakfast Burritos in town!! Had the chorizo and potato with cheese. If you are visiting in the area and want a great breakfast this is the place to go! The tortillas are made fresh.

0/10 on today’s experience! Cashier on drive thru rude ! Food made improperly , soggy and wet ?! Told I had to ask for special in order to get special. When I specifically stated I wanted special for the free drink . * Update * tried calling the store multiple times to get food remade , no answer . So I drove back to the store showed the now cold old wrong food , to get my food remade . Employees made me feel like I was in the wrong for not accepting the wrong food . They didn’t try to apologize. Slapped my food together.. customer service? Not here .. Will not be coming back again .

Burritos are good but seriously? $15 for 2 burritos and it feels like prices go up every other week. Prices are starting to get ridiculous for no reason.

Went here for breakfast this morning and they gave me 2 salsa’s. When I got to work I noticed that the salsa’s were bloated (full of gas). I was busy and didn’t notice until after I had already eaten one. When I went to open the second, that’s when I noticed it and realized that the first was the same way. This means that there is bacteria in the salsa (could cause poisoning). I am pregnant and this could end badly so I was very worried. I called Julio’s to let them know that the salsa they are serving is bad and let them know of my situation. The manager did not seem worried about me at all, not a single apology. Just “I’ll check it out”. That’s it. Very disappointed. I would have been happy with a single apology but couldn’t even get that.
