Very disappointed with my experience at the Zaxby’s in Greenwood. There were around 20 cars in the drive-thru line, and I personally watched 6–10 vehicles leave because the line was barely moving.
All I was trying to do was pick up an online order, and I still ended up stuck in the drive-thru for almost an hour. What’s the purpose of ordering ahead if there’s no efficiency when you arrive?
The dining room was locked, and staff appeared to be sitting inside talking instead of actively working to move the line along. It wasn’t until around 10:15 PM that there was any sense of urgency.
As a local business owner, I understand that busy nights happen — but visible inactivity while customers are waiting is unacceptable. This reflects poorly on the brand and pushes customers away.
Greenwood deserves better service than this.

Went there around 9:30 pm ordered my food after about a 6 minute wait in the drive through before ordering which that is to be expected at this time. Got up to the window payed for our food and waited maybe another 8 minutes or so and got our food and headed home, got home and my boyfriends food was supposed to be the kickin chicken meal and we got a 3 piece tender meal and that really sucked cause he wanted that sandwich something serious! But overall it was good! I don’t eat Zack’s for a reason tho so ♀️

I’ve had Zaxby’s in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Laurens basically throughout my life and never have their prices been so high and their quality of food been so low. Maybe I’m spoiled by the other locations but tonight’s meal was just plain disappointing. First off, how do you charge for extra sauces and then not make sure they make it to the customer. I got loaded bacon chicken fries and paid for extra ranch. Not only did they not give me an extra packet but they only put a few drops of ranch on the meal itself. Its like they took my ranch and spread it across 5 other orders. You realize other restaurants dont charge you for sauce right? The least you can do is give us what we paid for. Second, this place is within walking distance from my house. It takes 2 minutes to drive there, if that. How the heck did my wife spend 10 minutes in the drive through to return with cold food? She wasn’t gone from the house long enough for the food to get that cold. What did you do, put it in the fridge? Lastly, I remember when you could get a decent meal for 2 people for around $20. I paid $46 for the sad sorry meal. My part is in the fridge because I couldn’t keep eating it like this. Every bite seemed more upsetting than the last. Ill try to make something edible out of it tomorrow.

We had not been to a Zaxby’s in some years. Saw a commercial for their Asian Salad and had to try it. The manager said that a pallet fell off the truck and salad containers along with syrups for soft drinks were damaged. We agreed to have it served with a different container. The Salad was Fantastic. My 4 star rating was because it was obvious the rest room had not been cleaned in awhile. Along with that there was mold under the sink caulk.

I walked in for lunch, ordered my food, (wings and things) and went to the restroom and came back…my food was already ready…within 6 mins. I knew my food was going to be trash. And it was…very cold, the wings tasted 2 days old, the chicken strips were hard, the fries were also cold and not fresh, and the price was 13.99!!! For old food…I quickly discarded this food and went next door to Magoo and got good fresh food.

Good is almost always good, but the staff is incredibly slow, inattentive, and unbothered. No sense of urgency when busy, and the staff will ignore you quite often. Great food though

We have ordered our food 30 minutes ago on the mobile app, when we get to the curbside parking spot, there’s no place in the app to press. I’m here, so I press the call button that says if you need help, then we were proceeded to be told that our food would be another 30 minutes after they have been slow and have not had time, we asked how we could get a refund. They said to go through it in the app and it’s not in the app so we had to go inside just to be able to get a refund without getting in our of our food. And not just that the employees were rude, not helpful, and have attitudes

Placed an order through their app, and what was supposed to be a 14 minute wait turned into an hour and a half wait. Couldn’t even cancel the order and go anywhere else since they had been “preparing it” despite them telling us they hadn’t even started when we pulled through. Literally just two 4 finger boxes, and we just had to sit there and watch car after car drive past us.

I use curbside alot, sometimes I’m waiting for extra 15 mins and have to walk in to get my own order. This time it cane out fast, but I asked for light ice in my drink and the cup was loaded with ice almost to the top. Also all the time I ask for BBQ I still get zax sauce and ranch. So I check the bag on a regular. I felt like I would have been happier if I would have just went inside. No more curbside for me, bc I have to go inside everytime to fix the order but this time my drink wasn’t right and I took two sips and it was gone, I paid to upgrade my drink only to get what I didn’t ask for.
