I’m not sure about how this town functions . So in the service industry is reading not a requirement ? At this point Zaxby’s you owe me gas money. I came twice gave the original receipt and still was given a complete wrong order.
This is borderline customer service at its worst. Where is the care and appreciation to have a job. Remember you chose that job. Take pride in what you do. People pay their money to come dine at / from your establishment you could at least give them what they paid for . Or is that too much to ask ?
It’s like a recurring theme in this town , lack of service and genuine care for a customer . Sad this is what dining out has come to. Well time to change it up and stop being a patron and cook healthy meals .

I just wanted to give a very good review at this establishment. I been coming here since this restaurant opened here in Easley. A few times i had a few hiccups at this store, but they always corrected the problem within 24 hours. But i dont know if its new management team here or if the old management team here has just stepped up. But i will like to commend this particular store of the quality of service and food at this place. Please keep up the good work. And to the little short hispanic lady that was training a gentleman today around 6 pm. You were doing a great job. They need more trainers like you.

How do u order online 20 mins ahead of time n still have to wait another 20 mins when you get there? If someone’s order is taking along time they should be redirected to a parking space. Don’t let my food get cold sitting there while u make someone’s huge order!! THINK AND DO BETTER!! Plus usually something is almost always wrong with my order.

We only have one car, 3 jobs. So we have to walk, including myself.
Its less than 30 degrees outside and we are coming up on a winter storm.
My little brother walks an hour to work everyday. They sent him home to change his pants, when all they do is throw him in the dish pit. So hes walking an hour home, changes his pants, gets thrown into dish pit, where he isnt even seen. Hes soaked and wet. Hes got to walk an hour back home in the cold, dark, soaked and wet.
What kind of people do that ?
They did this to him multiple times. He only has one pair of pants cause we have my kids, we have outstanding credit to pay due to funerals, etc…
We have the pets left to us by dead ones, we have so much going on, for this place to be treating workers, this poorly. I hope they have fun with their dishes. This was one establishment that my three daughters favored, now I’ll just take them to their first favorite establishments, KFC buffets, and nobody can top their Chick-fil-a.
Zaxbys is really digging their own grave with the hiring bullies. I thought high school was over ladies. Your big and older now, but still treating babies in their twenties, like yall were treated in high school, you ARE BULLIES. ITS EMBARRASSING AND SAD.

Although the parking lot sucks, I will go to this zaxbys over any other chicken joint in town!!!! The manger was very kind when my daughter’s drink got knocked over! Instead of sending someone else to clean it up she came and got it up herself, and gave her new fries! Thanks so much for being so sweet! Amazing service

Walked in at 4pm. Super fast service! Hot and fresh. The employees used to be not so great, but the last couple times I’ve came, they are really great. If I could give any advice, I would say don’t burn the toast. I rather have butter toast, then burnt toast. I been getting that last couple times, but that’s really nitpicking.

Every time I come here something is wrong last time I order a wings and things they just gave me the wings. No fries, no fingers, no sauce, no bread and a flat drink. This time I order a salad with honey mustard and even paid for 3 extra honey mustard and they give me 2 ranch and 3 citrus vinaigrette. Now I have a salad I have to eat plain because I don’t like either of these dressings! This is just blatantly not paying attention or caring about what you’re doing, these employees want $20-$25 an hour but can’t read a simple screen and put the correct items in the bag. Zaxbys get your act together and your employees in line because this is unacceptable!!!

We ordered dinner around 8:30pm and when we return home to eat our meal. Big Zak Snack Meal and a Wings and Things Meal our chicken smelled and tasted like cigarette smoke. I never leave any review at all and especially not a bad one unless the food is inedible and this chicken couldn’t even be eaten.
