I’ve Ate At All The Zaxby’s In Anderson ! I Usually Don’t Eat At The One On Highway 81 But This Evening I Ate At The 81 Location,I Ordered My Usual Meal,Large Wing & Things Traditionally With Hot Honey Mustard. But This Time ,I Changed The Sauce For The Chicken,I Told Them I Wanted The Garlic Sauce ! I Got Home,Ate That Garlic Chicken Sauce, While Eating The Chicken,I Got Sleepy,Real Sleepy. The Rest Of The Meal Was Fine,Just Watch That Garlic Sauce On Your Chicken. Wife Said I Was Talking Crazy In My Sleep When I Went To Bed. I Kept Mentioning 81. I Guess The Garlic Sauce Just Didn’t Agree With Me. Been Eating Zaxby’s Food For Over 20yrs In Different States And South Carolina.

Food was good but did mobile order. App said food would be ready at 5:19. At 5:18 was told to pull forward in drive thru. Went inside at 5:30 and food was sitting on counter. And was told they didnt know the young lady had pulled me forward. So if I hadn’t went in, who knows when they would’ve brought it out to me.

Zaxby’s on 81 is one of the best Zaxby’s I have ever eatin at! Their chicken is hot fresh and delicious! The people are friendly! They greeted me with” hey welcome to Zaxby’s!” I would definitely recommend dining at Zaxby’s on highway 81 in beautiful Anderson South Carolina. You have to watch for the entrance it sneaks up on you!

Online ordering was not working today. It said to choose a later day and time but no days or times were available. I would up going in to order. Clean inside and employees were great. Wait time was as expected. Unfortunately the fried pickles were disastrous. Grease everywhere. I mean swimming in grease (see photos) I dumped them on a bunch of napkins which helped however there had to be like a quarter cup of oil just swimming around. Looking past the grease the pickles were pretty decent.

The lady serving me at the window was super nice but my tenders and fries were a joke. A friend works at the one in clemson and they give around twice this amount. Tinders were so small and for a 9$ meal this is basically a scam!

This restaurant has just gone downhill. My wife and I stopped by today and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes (I think we were the third vehicle in line). We thought that maybe the store was short staffed, but once we got to the window we saw 4 people in the front (we could not see in the back). The 4 people out front were just chilling and joking. I fully expect people to be able to enjoy themselves at work but not when their service and work is subpar. While they smiled and laughed with each other, we could barely get normal pleasantries. Then the food, we ordered the wings and things. The wings were hardly tossed or covered in sauce, and the fries left a little to be desired, considering it was over $20 for the two plates.
It doesn’t take much to be one of the better fast-food restaurants in Anderson and this Zaxby’s used to be one of them, but it has a ways to go to get back to that status.

Have you seen your reviews lately? I just paid $13.60 for a house salad tossed and tongue torch look at the picture it’s not tossed! The tomatoes Taste like mildew, the bagged lettuce is gross it used to be fresh cut Took away the blue cheese salad and fried mushrooms too. Why are you ruining Zaxby’s name?

Awful. I ordered the tacos on 9/12 thru drive around lunch time. .got home no sauce. Very very cold took me app 6 min got get home. Awful the one tiny piece chicken inside was cold chicken . Never again
