I gave this location three chances in one month, and every single visit was a disaster.
February 27, 2026: Ordered online, went through the drive-thru, and my order was missing an entire bag. They handed it to me, I started to pull away, and then realized my quesadilla was missing too. I had to park, go inside, and deal with it again. When I asked for a refund out of frustration and tried to return everything, they gave me the runaround instead of taking responsibility. Eventually they just handed me the missing item. No urgency. Just inconvenience.
February 22, 2026: Ordered online again. Arrived at the promised time and was told to park because my order wasn’t ready. When I finally got home, I realized they forgot ALL the sauces. For a place that claims to be known for their sauce, that’s unacceptable.
February 2, 2026: Ordered two chicken sandwich meals with milkshakes (which are an upcharge). When I arrived, they said the milkshake machine was down and substituted sodas. They never refunded the milkshake upcharge. I ended up losing an extra $10.
Three visits. Three messed up orders. Missing food. Missing sauces. Overcharges. Delays. Zero accountability.
At this point it’s not a mistake — it’s a pattern. I will never go back, and I strongly suggest checking your order multiple times or choosing somewhere else entirely.

The lady at the drive thru was very nice! The chicken was cooked fresh and hot. I got a plate so the fries were good, too. It is a little pricey, but hey, it’s not McDonald’s.

I was pretty pissed. I came down there and my family. $74 for the crap that we got. The cheesecake bites was very chewy the chicken tenders are chewy the french fries were soggy the fried pickles we’re sitting oil for so long that the coating that was on the fried pickles was soggy and full of oil I don’t know if I will come back to the Zaxby’s again I was very disappointed ☹️ I tried calling now four times. No response. The only reason I didn’t tell them the night that I was there.i don’t want them to do something to my food.

Came last week and forget to post. The young lady working asked me to do a survey for her to win a T-shirt. She was very nice, the place was very clean, they were actually pulling booths and cleaning behind them, I’ve never seen that before. The chicken was hot and fresh and I tried the lemonade. I’ve given this Zaxby’s in Conway, SC more than enough chances, and it’s consistently disappointing. The service is always terrible — every single time I go, I end up waiting 25–30 minutes in the drive-thru because they only take one order at a time. When I finally get my food, it’s either cold, old, or missing items from the bag. The staff doesn’t seem to care, and there’s zero sense of urgency or quality control. It’s honestly one of the worst-run fast food locations I’ve ever been to. Not to mention, the staff always looks like they’re teenagers in highschool, which I’m sure is the only type of people they can keep employed here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else until management gets it together

Our cobb salads were missing eggs and bacon, the dressing packets are only half full, barely enough to flavor 3/4 of your salad. A third one costs extra. We were really hungry and just asked for the eggs… won’t be back to this one….

Me and my girlfriend went to this location for the first time the other day, and it was a very weird experience. When we walked in, there was no one in there except 4 employees standing around in the dining room talking. Not one of them acknowledged us which made it awkward as they continued to talk amongst themselves while we walked around them and proceeded to wait for about 5 minutes at the counter. Eventually, a young man helped us. He was polite, but did not get my sandwich right. It was pretty simple. Chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and cheese only. When we sat down to eat I saw the sandwich only had cheese on it, and three tiny pieces of bacon which i did not ask for. My girlfriend wound up giving me some lettuce and tomato from her salad since we didn’t want to embarrass him or the person preparing the food. While we ate, we got to hear all of the conversations from the employees still “hanging out” in the dining room area since they were all very loud. It was unprofessional to say the least. They should have conducted their conversations in a break room, not with customers around. Overall, I will not be going to this location again anytime soon. It was just weird and uncomfortable.

Was pretty disappointed in the food last night, no season on the fries , that’s what zaxbys is for, tiny pieces of chicken in the new tacos they have, which was disgusting btw, me & my bf both got sweet tea & it tasted like literal dirt lmao, most sodas in the machine were out. however it looked like they were very short staffed, looked like about maybe 5 people in the restaurant working.

Absolutely terrible, rude, and unprofessional service. They will have you wait 10 minutes before they turn around to take your order and acknowledge that you’re there just to tell you that the food is gonna be a 20 minute wait. why not at least tell the people in line that there’s gonna be an additional wait? mind you, the drive-through line was so long it was wrapped around the building, and there was multiple people in store waiting for their order to be taken. Went after church to get some Zaxbys. at the microphone the lady was cussing at someone inside with her mic on and then apologized and said to order I ordered a wings and things and some loaded fries and when I got the bag the food looked thrown in not thinking anything we pulled off once I opened the small box that contained the loaded fries it was chunks of chicken and fries it was nothing id seen before usually they get my order correct but it was rushed and thrown around. The first pic is supposed to be loaded fries that don’t look anything like loaded fries to me.
