I did not leave stars for food because…well, its Popeyes. They follow the recipe. The problems come from after 8pm. Not enough people working on shift especially given the number of online orders for doordash, etc. If you are in a rush, this is not the place to stop after 8 or during lunch. Otherwise, its Popeyes! It is what it is.
Edited: I appreciate the management response. Almost believed it too. But after looking at reviews over the past year, nothing has been done about the length of wait time. A year! I won’t hold my breath. Just keep the chicken dead and juicy, not dry and clicking. And for the love of God, dont leave out the biscuits anymore!

I found a piece of paper inside my chicken sandwich — completely unacceptable and unsanitary. On top of that, the mac and cheese was overcooked and dry, like it had been sitting out for hours. The quality was way below what I expect. Very disappointing experience. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attitudes of the 3 employees there that I came in Contact with. They went above and beyond, extremely polite. I don’t know the last time I’ve been to any food place where the employees were that personable and polite!!!!! They should train the other stores on this behavior. The area was very clean. Food as consistent and they all seemed to work well together. Good job Popeyes! Please acknowledge these employees!!!Host was AJ and date of visit was as 3/16 @1:15

This restaurant gets the taste RIGHT! I always get spicy chicken and sometimes I have taken it back questioning the spice. I am always told, “See the red? That’s the spice.” Okay I barely saw it… but not here. This is the best chicken I have ever eaten… and I’m southern! I was so busy with the chicken I didn’t notice or care they had forgotten my biscuit. Also, I had forgotten to let the gentleman who took my order know that I wanted dark meat. Upon hearing this, the gentleman who is making my order immediately started a new box with just dark meat, and didn’t even say a word he just did it even though he had already fixed my order. What awesome customer service!

I was absolutely APPAULED by this location, which sits in a travel center right off the highway. We stopped here on the way home from upstate. First, there was a line practically out the door. Their delivery people were picking up Online Delivery Orders, which they seemingly were placing as priority over their IN PERSON CUSTOMERS. My Husband stood 40 minutes in that damn line. The service is awful. 40 minutes in line only to continue our journey with empty stomachs and entirely pissed off. Never again.

We ordered a family meal to go. Got it home and discovered we did not get our biscuits. The best part of the dinner is the biscuits! So disappointed! Always check your order before you leave! Lesson learned for sure.

I like Popeyes, but this particular location is very bad. It took 25 minutes to prepare the food when I went there for take-out. It was also missing half the items, which I unfortunately only realized when I got home. The chicken was also super greasy. And when I ordered delivery the next day using the refund from the missing items, it got delayed a whole hour and a half because someone stole the food and they had to make it again. Props to the manager, she did call me and helped resolve the issue. But when I finally got my food, it appears that the “I’m sorry” was literally 20 packets of ketchup, honey and jam. That’s honestly just goofy. If you want Popeyes, go to another location.
