I now understand why this location has a 3.6 rating. I ordered a Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich meal and clearly asked Dalton to toss the tenders in Tongue Torch sauce and add ranch and Tongue Torch on top. I also ordered five Tongue Torch–tossed fingers. When I opened the box, the fingers were barely coated.
I called the store, and while they did replace the items, the corrections still weren’t made properly. The sandwich tenders were tossed the second time, but the ranch and additional sauce were still missing. The replacement fingers also came lightly coated again.
Overall, I cannot recommend this location. The wait time was unusually long — only three cars were in the drive-thru and four customers were inside, yet everyone waited at least 10 minutes for their food.

Everything you read about the service and quality is true. We stopped without reading. The bathrooms are in terrible condition. Where there is pee all over the floor. Most of the drinks are out of stock. There was no ice in the ice machines. When addressing the staff about them they just shrug at you. There are no napkins in the entire restaurant. They tried to hand us napkins from the staff hand washing station in the kitchen. Which were two napkins for six people. Eat somewhere else if you stop at this exit. The manager on shift tonight 10/5/25 would not make eye contact or speak to me about the issues. I am dumbfounded. It just keeps getting better before we can leave. I just watched the manager walk over to discover the trash overflowing. Stare at it and walk off.

WARNING! NO CHANGING TABLE! I don’t usually do this but after being in the car for hours to get here and there being no changing table I was beyond disappointment. Service was slow and food is just fair. Plenty of other options in this area, just pick somewhere else.

I had a disappointing experience with both the customer service and the food quality. I ordered a Big Snack Meal, and the portion of fries was minimal. The chicken tenders had very little meat, which was really disappointing. My family also ordered salads, but instead of receiving the proper salad dressing, we were given dipping sauce. To top it off, we were served small drinks despite paying for large ones. When I went up to request more fries, the staff member didn’t acknowledge the issue or offer an apology. He seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, which only added to the negative experience.

Poorly managed and the building has issues. There’s water leaking from their ice machine through the wall, which creates a puddle just outside the bathrooms. Dirty dining room that hasn’t been attended to after the lunch rush. Coke machine being repaired. Slow service.

All good except the ice machine wasn’t working. Normally not a big deal but they have one “all” drinks machine. The line gets really backed up and everyone was going to the counter for ice then back in line to get a drink.

Definitely the worst Zaxbys location I’ve ever been to from the overflowing garbages, being out of ketchup, being out of almost every flavor soda in the machine and missing seasoning on the fries. Absolutely disgusting and won’t be going to Zaxbys again.
