Went to the Zaxby’s in Moncks Corner for the first time in awhile, the gentleman at the front was nice. The only thing I can say was he put in our extra sauces order wrong. We asked for two extra Zaxby’s sauces and got three ranch and three Zaxby’s sauces so one of us didn’t get a extra sauce. I ordered all sauced wings and things, the chicken fingers were supposed to be hot honey mustard and he wings were supposed to be teriyaki. We also ordered two extra Zaxby’s sauces. When we got home and I opened up my box the wings were honey mustard, and the chicken fingers were plain and we only got one of our extra sauces that we paid for. Kitchen and bagging counter y’all need to look at the ticket. We paid extra for nothing. Zaxby’s of Charleston in general has had issues for years now, it’s not been the same. Everyone I talk to says they ALWAYS get something wrong. Probably won’t be back.

At this location they’re constantly late with uber orders and even treat the uber drivers poorly. I just got my order and she told me about how they hadn’t even started preparing it yet and it had been 30 minutes since I placed the order. Not only that, they were rude to her when she inquired as to where my order was. This location definitely needs either new management, employees, or remedial training.

Having Zaxby’s in my corner is so much of a blessing. I love to stop by there at least once every two weeks on my way home and grab something from the app. Their service is always the best. The food is always fresh and on time. I absolutely Love the convenience and they’re so very fast at the drive-through

Horrible, said I wanted a nice crisp salad with cold tomatos and cucumbers. As you can see from the picture, I get home and there is a sliver piece of tomato and no cucumbers at all, Cobb salad was a joke. I will stop driving to this location in MC, obviously employees could care less about quality of the food they put out. Buyer beware!!
And no onion straws, keep digging and I’m not sure how this is a cobb salad.
Round 2, my wife opens her Asian Zing salad with citrus vinegrette……they gave her raspberry vinegarette, there’s a nice compliment to the again zing salad. Terrible.
Now management posts, “Sorry…blah blah” Gives you a place to log complaint. First page, zip code, 29461 errors!!! You can spell out the city and get further but never asks for your contact info to “make it right” So all you guys reading my review thinking they addressed it, they most certainly did not. The pictures speak for themselves.

Sad “SIGNATURE” chicken sandwich. Tiny, dry, tough, and over cooked. The bun was the same. Jokes on me I guess. The remodeling on the outside should have been invested in food quality and procedures.

I tried the chicken finger tacos with Chipotle sauce. The sauce is not spicy but the Pico is fresh and delicious. Definitely a must try.

I sincerely hate leaving bad reviews, but that chicken I just spit out was not fit for human consumption. Fried pickles were fine. It was super busy so idk how these were cold too but they were. Smelled like you know what.
If it was cheap I’d understand but it costs more than chickfila. Sad.

They got my order wrong I ordered boneless wings and got traditional, the window employee were rather rude they thought it be funny to offer me a Diet Coke instead of a regular I guess they were trying to imply that because of my size i didn’t need it .
