I am so freaking tired of getting sub standard food at restaurants. Ordered boneless chicken wings with coleslaw, got cold wings and fries. Bread was cold and fries. Now days if u complain, all they do is microwave. Can’t get good food anywhere.

Placed an online order to pick up in the lobby to be told I have to wait in the drive thru line. Last time i came ordered on line to pick up outside to be told i have to come into the lobby. Sit in line for order for 25 minutes with only 6 cars in front of me. Wish I would have went somewhere else. Would have if I hadn’t already paid. This is ridiculous!!! Why should anybody have to wait this long for what is supposed to be fast food? Something really needs to be done about this establishment because this is not the reputation of Zaxbys.

This particular night, we went through the drive thru. We ordered a zalad and was told they were out of lettuce. So what.does one do when Zaxbys is out of salad? We ordered a funnel cake, lol!
