This restaurant is one of the worst! Not only did they screw up my family’s order. When called to let them know they left us on hold for over 20 minutes. I paid extra for the new dry rub that wasn’t on the chicken tinder but the chicken I received was the smallest piece of chicken I had ever seen. Tell me how this was almost 10 dollars worth of food. We won’t be back until things change!

Wow ! Fastest food I have ever received at a fast food place. Every item was hot and fresh and seasoned. This was my first time at Zaxbys and the experience was soo good. They have a customized drink machine. I ordered the Mr.Beast Feastable box and all the items were good inside. I liked the Zax sauce. Even the milk chocolate bar was the perfect temperature to eat. I shared my food with my family and the box disappeared. We all enjoyed the food here.

Attached is how many fries came in a kids meal. I got two kids meals in my order the other was fine but it’s like they ran out for the other one and didn’t want to hold up the line. This is the second time in a week I’ve been disappointed in this particular location!

I never understood working a customer service job but lack customer service. Who ever is taking orders at the drive thru needs an attitude readjustment. I was trying to be polite because they’re dealing with my food, but the next time I will not be so pleasant. Same goes for the cashier!

The Cobb salad was OK. Who ever makes their salads needs to learn to be consistent, and not make it a hit or miss. Today my salad was filled with the bare minimum of toppings when it’s usually filled.

The Drive Thru service at Zaxbys is absolutely terrible. There have been multiple times where I’ve had to wait 35+ minutes in the drive thru. 35 minutes is a long time if you’re going through the drive thru because you’re in a hurry. Especially when you used the app, and already paid for your food, so you can’t leave. Just seems like the workers don’t care. Terrible service

Wanted a bacon ranch fires with grilled chicken (really don’t care about upcharge) and was told that was not possible.
Then ordered two grilled chicken salads: one house salad and one Cobb salad. The house salad had no egg and no bacon, the house salad had no carrots and NO GRILLED CHICKEN!!!
I checked the top salad that has the chicken… Didn’t even think they would forget the chicken… At Zaxby’s… A CHICKEN restaurant.

Went to eat with my husband and kids today. A rude customer in a Burger King outfit demanded free food because they messed up his order.The lady upfront was very kind and helpful to the man but he kept on insisting free food because “that’s good customer service” is what he kept on shouting. My guess is that’s their policy at BK. These poor kids get treated horrible with some of the customer that come in. I worked in fast food myself and not all places impose the same rules/service. This world needs to treat workers with more respect. Customers like these ruin our experience on eating out.

I ordered a salad twice this week. Both times the lettuce was turning brown. Today my salad didn’t have any cucumbers and fried onions. I went through the drive through or I would have complained than. I have always gotten great salads here. You need to see that the salads are made right. Thanks
