First time ever being at a Zaxbys being new to South Carolina. I explained to the person at the counter. It was my first time and how do I order certain things I was looked at with a puzzled look from the cashier as he said OK. I ordered the new surf and turf and he was getting frustrated because he wasn’t asking me any questions he just assumed I knew everything even after saying I’ve never been to one before I get home and lo and behold, there’s No turf in my surf and turf, so I called the restaurant And explain to them there was no chicken in the box they asked me to come back. I said I couldn’t. I have to go back to work. The line was out to the road when I had left. On a good note The sweet tea is great! Not a good first impression.

I don’t usually write reviews, but at this point I’m hoping this will finally get someone to respond. I also care about the health and safety of others.
On January 6th, I found a fingernail in my chicken tender. I was absolutely horrified and disgusted. My husband immediately reached out to the manager, who did call him back later that night while we were already in bed. Therefore, we missed the call. Since then, my husband has followed up multiple times—first the next day by email and voicemail, and then again more recently—but we have received no response.
It has now been two months, and nothing has been addressed or resolved. The complete lack of follow-up or concern is extremely disappointing.
Because of this experience and the lack of communication afterward, I would strongly recommend choosing a different location. It’s very disheartening to feel like the health and safety of customers is not being taken seriously.

They are always kind. They usually greet us saying hi or some other type of greeting. When taking our order they pay attention making sure to get every detail. They are always getting our order right and it always tastes amazing.

Going to the Zaxby’s on Lake Murray Blvd in Irmo, SC is always a great experience! The manager is very friendly and professional and so is the staff! We went last night and the manager had held onto a jacket that he thought may belong to my son from the last time we were there. As soon as we went inside, he asked us about the jacket

This is the third or fourth time that I’m going to the Zaxby’s and got it reheated white cheddar bite and the cheese still wasn’t melted and they were grease lol so that is money wasted it seems to be common across Zaxby’s to not ask you to pull up and wait while they’re coop fresh to order It is an appetizer. Highly dissatisfied probably won’t be eating at Zaxby’s for a very long time

Im changing my review simply thinking about the prices. $12 for 5 boneless wings, 3 tenders and about 7 fries. Come here if you want to get your head busted by the price. Zaxbys don’t even have celery any more but the price is still going up…. Aside from the price the food is good I would just like a little bit more bang for my buck that’s it. Only one person greets me when I come here and that’s the tall older guy with glasses when he’s up front. Like today 4 people were right at the Register and not one person spoke or ask if I need help and I was standing there when the put my order at the pick-up rack.

This was my first time going to Zaxby’s on Lake Murray Blvd and I have no complaints. The cashier was patient when getting pur multiple orders and she made sure we received everything we had asked for before pur driving off. Will return soon.

This location used to be a good experience, but it has started to go down hill. If you come here, either order online or go through the drive thru. They prioritize those orders over inside orders. It took at least 30 minutes for us to get our food and we were the first people in line. Very disappointing.

Had to change my review from 5 stars after my visit today. Too many young kids working and not enough oversight. Teach your folks when someone is ordering instead of asking the customer ” is that all” several times maybe say “can I get you anything else” we used to have to upsell back in the day. “Would you like a drink with that”. I get to the windows today and the young girl at the drive through register seemed to not want to give me a drink holder when asked. Of course she gave me one very thin carrier…fast forward not even out of the lot all the drinks all over my car floor. I ordered extra fries and toast. The fries were under and so was the toast. It’s so disappointing to be rushed. Lose all my drinks when the very thin holder cracks in half and then get toast that’s white on one side and fries that are 30 seconds past raw in the middle. Reminder to always check your food before driving off. If I were Zaxbys management I’d ask caremark to do some secret shops. A job should be a thing of pride and even if your not proud pretend to be.$28 for two traditional wing meals and extra fry all wasted. Money is too tight for takeout to flop a treat night. Zaxbys used to cook to order i guess that’s a thing of the past.
