I haven’t dined at Carl’s Jr. In at least a decade. I was running errands all over and I needed to eat something. I went through the drive through. I ordered a special Famous Star burger combo. This location is in a grimy part of town near the 5 entrance. Honestly I wasn’t expecting much, I was so wrong. The drive through staff was very pleasant and professional. My burger was so delicious! I’m going to dine at Carl’s Jr again in less time than a decade.

They are very courteous and they serve you promptly and they actually give you a number if you’re going to eat in and your number and and the food is taken to that number to that table even if you’re taking the food out is promptly made so you don’t have to wait very long

I went to Carl’s Jr after getting off my overnight shift. Placed my order with the app. When I get to the drive thru window and the younger girl was completely rude and arrogant and with an attitude. Then I try to ask her for BBQ sauce and she closes the window and walks away. So I wait until she comes back and ask her again when she says it’s already in the bag and I told her no there wasn’t anythingbeside the chciken and fries. She just stared at me and I showed her and she rolled her eyes and turns around and handed me 1 BBQ sauce for 5 chicken tenders. I didn’t even want to ask for anything else because of her arrogance. This Carl’s Jr used to have really good employees with great customer service but this young girl needs to take a course on customer service.

Review for January 3rd 2022. I usually come here after work after working a very hard day. There is an In-N-Out Burger is right across the freeway from them. But In-N-Out Burger is usually pretty full in the Drive-Thru. So I go to Carl’s Junior and get a burger here right before I get on the freeway. It’s pretty decent is not bad can’t complain. It fills me up whenever I’m really hungry right after work. I’m not guilty, to say that I do appreciate the fact that they are not as busy as in and out. Thank you.

Early morning breakfast! 7am on monday not very busy! The burgers were hot and tasty! Crisp morning air and you can see the condensation coming off the Super star burger! Great huge parking, awesome for RVs and big trucks. And its next to the 5 freeway. So easy access to exit from the street to the freeway.
