I’m really disappointed in the traditional wings I bought today from Zaxbys. I spent $28 on 20 wings that were really bad. The wings were dry and burnt with hardly any meat on the bones. They were so tough to chew that you have to cover them in ranch to get them to go down. Morganton really needs a good place to purchase wings in this town because Zaxbys sure aint it!

The chicken was excellent. I love the chicken, bacon, and ranch fries. The service was as fast as usual, but the cashier seemed to be in a foul mood and sniping at everyone. The bathroom was cleanish, but smelled like someone just poured a whole bottle of cleaner around and left it. However, the food was great!

Not sure if they are just not paying attention at this location, first time eating zaxbys and was thoroughly disappointed. Sodas had no syrup so they tasted like seltzer water. The batter/breading on the fried pickles were mushy and undercooked. Plus they made me wait extra to cook the pickles but still came out undercooked. Fries were soggy and flavorless and the sandwiches has comical sized chicken patties, barely any pickles and sauce was nonexistent. Overall experience was horrible, hopefully other locations will serve the food better.

$11 for a grilled chicken salad is highway robbery. If I hadn’t been in shock I would have driven down the street and had an entire salad for less!!! I won’t be going back. And this location just underwent renovations and their health grade was only 96.5!!! Not worth the money!!!

$15 for 10 traditional wings and they were literally so over cooked that there wasn’t anything you could eat on them. I’m guessing they are over cooked because the wing sizes are so small. It’s not the first time and I swore I wouldn’t go back after the last time – I won’t go back!
