Terrible Service and Poor Quality
It honestly feels like the employees here don’t even want to do their jobs. The service is ridiculous, no matter what time of day I come. I always ask for fresh food, but the chicken is old, the fries are cold, and there’s barely any sauce on anything.
It’s frustrating to spend $40–$50 on food that tastes like it’s been sitting out. The orders are simple, but they still manage to mess them up every time. It shouldn’t be this hard to make fresh chicken and fries.

First visit ever to Zaxbys and I am absolutely impressed with the service and food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and hot and the zax sauce was delicious. Will definitely be visiting our local restaurant. The only issue was the counter by the drink machine was sticky and had drink spilled all over it.

We came through the drive through today around 2PM. Micheal J greeted us in the drive through. He was friendly and went above and beyond with his customer service. The woman who passed us our food was also very friendly. Our food came out hot and fresh. We also got a good amount of food for the price we payed. I would highly recommend this location!

Whomever she was working the payment/order taking window on 2/24 needs to find a job INSIDE in the BACK bc her attitude and “customer service” attitude lacked horribly!!! First time I have ever even had a negative thought towards an employee here, but I guess there a forst time for everything. Fix ya ‘tude’ b4 serving a guest sweetheart, bc that was NOT a good look on ya!

Avoid the “Zalad” heartbreak! Disappointed to pay $12 for the new Taco Zalad only to find the guacamole and Southwest Ranch missing—especially after the drive-thru staff confirmed they had them. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices for incomplete meals.
Shoutout to the amazing manager who stepped up and made it right, though! Love the service, but definitely double-check your bags at this location.

I tried the Traditional Wings and Things and the fingers were extremely salty.
I also tried the lemon pepper wingetts and a couple of pieces still had hair still on them. Are we not properly cleaning our meats anymore. SMH

This one is behind the times. Where is the coca cola freestyle machine? Other Zaxby locations have it.
The food didn’t seem to taste as good as I have before at other locations…was kind of blah. Old oil in the fryer? Something was off. Ordered the wings and things. At least the wings were OK, but the things weren’t.

A new spot for Sunday lunch. The food was very good. We all had the Snax box and two egg rolls. It is exceptionally clean and while it’s a new spot the staff were very friendly.
