All of the employees except for one got problems. They got an employee who has burnt another employees hand and they got employees talking behind other employees back like they ain’t right there. And the manager don’t do nothing about it. Their food is pretty good but some of the employees need to learn to respect other employees whether they like them or not you ain’t there to make friends your there to do a job and get paid and please your customers simple! DO BETTER!!!!

I usually don’t leave a review, but this one is worth posting. I purchased a nibberlz meal and some fried pickles. Pickles were fried to hard, so I couldn’t eat them. Nibberlz bread was hard, I called and expressed my concern. In speaking with the manager, she told me the kind of breading they cook the pickles in, that’s expected. Which floored me, because how is it that you continue to serve them, knowing they are not fit to eat. Furthermore, when I told her the bread was hard, she said in order to replace them, I had to bring the food back. I didn’t have a problem bringing the food back. I didn’t feel like driving back, food should have been correct the first time. So I cut my lost and decided to leave a review, so people please make sure your food is right before leaving. The Zaxby’s in Shelby are really slack and the food is a hit and miss…absolutely horrible!!

Just left from to go to work, and get to my designation. To see that I paid almost $4 for 2 egg rolls!!! Are freaking kidding me!! Now on the wings!!! You gave me all legs. They were over cooked. SMH!!! To far down the highway to turn around.

Would not honor a buy 1 get 1 free coupon I had that ZAXBY’S had emailed to me. Our food was on the tray for us, and they kept saying my coupon wasn’t good. So, they’d rather throw away the food than honor the coupon. Very disappointed!!

I took a group here and spent over $150 dollars for wings.
The service here is not up to par with other zaxbys. They shorted me 3 wings on one of my orders and then proceeded to give me the smallest wings they could find to replace them. The wings had no meat on them. They said they would replace the small wings with tenders. About 10 minutes later, I went up to check, and the tenders had been done for a while and sitting on the counter. They were not hot and the manager wasn’t very nice.

I always order wings and things. And I’m usually in a hurry. Once my order was completely wrong. And twice the sauce was left out of the bag. What’s worse, he asked me if I want the sauce and still left it out. Always check your bag before you leave or better yet go to Chick-fil-A.

The atmosphere was good. The food was peetty good too, but I had one issue with my bbq boneless chicken wings not being crispy enough. Also the drink machine was out of many options and there was another ice machine there that didn’t work. Overall, a fairly good experience.
