But to touch on the food, I would like to mention…I’m a very big french fry person, one of my favorite things at every restaurant are usually the fries themselves. Normally when I have the fries at Burgersmith, they used to be so small and honestly a little flavorless, and as such they had always ranked upon the lower echelons of restaurants in terms of fries. But not today! It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Burgersmith, so I’m not sure if they changed the recipe or something, but today the fries were sizable, and quite tasty! Noticably hot and fresh too. Fried in a way that gave them a very soft crunchy texture, and so tasty they get your hands messy.
Not much to say about the Bison Burger. If you want a good burger the Bison Burger is a safe and easy go-to to get, it’s ALWAYS unbelievably delicious. In the words of my father, “it’s one of those burgers that’s so good, the juice drips down your arms when you take a bite.” Ever since I had my first Bison Burger years ago, I’ve wanted every burger I eat to have red onion and smoked gouda, haha.
(Oh! Also I was surprised by how big the booths were. They can probably fit at least 6 people in them! Maybe 8! (It certainly fit my wallet rather well, haha.))
But, again, thank you Madison, so so much! I can’t thank you enough!! Not sure when I’ll be able to come back, but if you’re still working there when I return, I hope you’ll be the waitress again. I don’t think I got to say thank you in person enough!
